F	Franziska Graßl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr, sehr unprofessionel!!! Man ist Jahre in der Warteschleife und helfen kann niemand oder kein Zuständiger ist erreichbar, lauter aussreden. Hier hat Österreich sehr viel nachholbedarf!!! Very, very unprofessional!!! You've been on hold for years and nobody can help or no one in charge can be reached, talk louder. Austria has a lot of catching up to do here!!!
A	Amina ar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INKOMETENZ ! Unfreundlich! Legen einfach auf wenn man sie etwas fragt Mein kind ist 3 1/2 Monate alt und wir haben bis heute die Familienbeihilfe NICHT erhalten! Wir mussten den Antrag sogar selber stellen ! Der ist schon fast zwei Monate her! Am Telefon wird man angeschrien weil man zum dritten Mal in 2 Monaten anruft und dann wird einfach aufgelegt!! DIESE GESPRÄCHE SOLLEN AUFGEZEICHNET WERDEN UND AUCH KONTROLLIERT WERDEN! Ich weiß nicht wer diese Leute einstellt, aber dieses Personal benimmt sich richtig asozial, das Benehmen gleicht dem jener Leute die keinerlei Bildung besitzen oder gar einen Funken Anstand! Eine Schande für Salzburg INCOMETENCE! Unfriendly! Just hang up when you ask them something My child is 3 1/2 months old and we have NOT received the family allowance until today! We even had to submit the application ourselves! It was almost two months ago! You get yelled at on the phone because you call for the third time in 2 months and then they just hang up! THESE CONVERSATIONS SHOULD BE RECORDED AND ALSO CONTROLLED! I don't know who is hiring these people, but these staff behave really anti-social, the behavior is similar to that of those people who have no education or even a spark of decency! A shame for Salzburg
A	Angelika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine bodenlose Frechheit dieses Finanzamt! Ein unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, der nicht einmal die deutsche Sprache beherrscht sitzt am Empfang. Es ist nicht einmal einen Stern wert! Noch dazu ist das Finanzamt nur zu den ungünstigsten Zeiten geöffnet. Ich bitte um baldige Besserung und Einstellung von qualifizierten Mitarbeitern. A bottomless cheek this tax office! An unfriendly employee who doesn't even speak German sits at the reception. It's not even worth a star! In addition, the tax office is only open at the worst times. I ask for a speedy improvement and hiring of qualified employees.

M	Milla Keskitalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already few times I have gotten very frustrated and almost upset when I have called and tried to communicate with the people in Finanzamt. I come from Finland and my German is not perfect but I do my best to communicate. On the other side though, even though the person hears that I am struggling with my german, usually never do they even slow down or tone down the dialect. You are here to help people, and after my last phonecall I am not even sure if I have the right info! It would not hurt to learn few words in english either. Atleast to try! Please, I am trying and being polite and I would ask people in Finanzamt to do the same! Thank you.

How is it possible that you don't approve Family allowance for a 8month old baby, can you find more excuses not to pay on time ? I understand that this land is very against "auslanders" but this is too much. I would be very happy to discuss more in Court. Shame on you!
