First you forget to load my suitcase onto the plane, then I call 3 times and after every 10 minutes I am still not connected, once you just hang up. -.-.

Тут офіс і рампи. Коли в'їдете на кільце, то розвертаєтесь на виїзд, і потім на право, там є вказівники. Брами автоматичні. А далі десь паркуйтесь, і шукайте фірму. Swissport 4 вхід, 4 поверх, на ліво.

Here is an office and ramps. When you enter the ring, you turn to the exit, and then to the right, there are pointers. Gates are automatic. And then park somewhere and look for a company. Swissport 4th entrance, 4th floor, left.

With no proper directions given, I came to collect my cat who came in via cargo. The people send you from pillar to post, no proper directions, only to find out nobody knew where the cat was, or if there even was a cat.
Nobody was helpful, people had no people skills (rude and abrupt) and when we finally managed to find people in the import/export section, not a single one of them were helpful. They were rude and upset that we were bothering them. Nobody seemed to care or attempt to be helpful (apart from a forklift driver who tried).
My cat was eventually found 6 hours later kept in a cold warehouse (5degC), full of industrial noise- no place for any animal and an absolute cruelty to animals. The RSPCA should investigate how this place handles animals.
Worst experience ever- do not send your animals via cargo to this airport! If I could give 0 Stars I would!
