Aufgrund einer Terminabsage wurde ich hier angeschnauzt und mit falschen Vorwürfen konfrontiert. Vielleicht sollte das Unternehmen überdenken wie es mit potenziellen Kunden umgeht. Rarely seen a service company where you are treated so unfriendly !!! Because of an appointment cancellation, I was snapped at and faced with false accusations. Perhaps the company should rethink how it deals with potential customers.

C	Christine Petz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Versuche seit 11.8.18 2 Stück Gurtschwenkwickler für meine Balkontüren - die ich unter anderem 2008 bei dieser Firma gekauft habe - zu bekommen. Die Firma scheint allerdings an so Kleinaufträgen und Verkauf von Ersatzprodukten kein Interesse zu haben - kommuniziert das allerdings nicht. Reagiert wochenlang nicht auf E-Mails. Nach Nachfrage dann endlich ein Angebot (24.10.) am selben Tag von mir gleich bestellt, wieder bis heute 29.11. keine Antwort. Hier scheint der Kunde noch König zu sein !!!!!!! Since 11.8.18 I have been trying to get 2 belt swivel winders for my balcony doors - which I bought from this company in 2008. However, the company does not seem to be interested in such small orders and the sale of replacement products - but does not communicate that. Didn't respond to emails for weeks. After asking, I finally ordered an offer (October 24th) on the same day, again until today November 29th. No Answer. Here the customer still seems to be king !!!!!!!

Der Bauträger unserer Wohnungen hat sich leider diese Fensterfirma ausgesucht, um mit ihr Geschäfte zu machen. Wir hatten schon einige Probleme mit unseren Fenstern, hauptsächlich mit Innen- und Außenrollos. Termine werden kurzfristig abgesaht ohne Ersatz zu bekommen. Dann sind sie über Wochen nicht erreichbar. Hinzu kommt, dass nun unsere Balkontüren getauscht werden müssen, da etwas mit dem Glas nicht stimmt. Die Firma hat alle Nachbarn ungefragt einer WhatsApp Gruppe hinzugefügt, wodurch sie ja alle Nummern weiter gegeben haben, alle haben sich darüber beschwert. Die Antwort des Firmenvhefs "wir seinen DGSVO Besserwisser" und sollten ihn jetzt auch nicht mehr unter dieser Nummer kontaktieren, da er uns dafür auch nicht die Erlaubnis gegeben habe. Ich finde das unverschämt und frech. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um! Not reach, rude, incompetent. These are the first words that come to my mind about this company. The builder of our apartments has unfortunately chosen this window company to do business with her. We already had some problems with our windows, mainly with interior and exterior blinds. Appointments will be posted at short notice without replacement. Then they are not available for weeks. In addition, now our balcony doors must be replaced, because something is wrong with the glass. The company added all the neighbors to a WhatsApp group without asking, so they passed on all the numbers, everyone complained about it. The answer of the company folder "we know his DGSVO know-it-all" and should no longer contact him under this number because he did not give us the permission to do so. I think that's outrageous and cheeky. So you do not deal with customers!
