Leider hat uns der Flughafen Doha als Zwischenstopp die Getränke abgenommen, da uns die Kassiererin in wien die Getränke nicht versiegelt hat. Heinemann war so fair und hat uns den gesamten Betrag zurückerstattet. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Heinemann ohne Diskussion so freundlich und entgegenkommend war! :) danke!
Very uncomplicated and accommodating! Bought alcohol drinks for about 50 euros and wanted to take them to Muscat via Doha. Unfortunately, Doha airport took the drinks from us as a stopover, because the cashier in Vienna didn't seal the drinks. Heinemann was so fair and refunded us the entire amount. We are very happy that Heinemann was so friendly and accommodating without any discussion! :) Thanks!
