I collected my cat who came in via cargo. First, the cat was lost. Nobody knew where he was, nobody was helpful and when we finally managed to find people, not a single one of them was helpful. They were rude and upset that we were bothering them.
My cat was eventually found 6 hours later kept in a cold warehouse (5degC), full of industrial noise- no place for any animal (TIERQUAELEREI!!!)
Worst experience every- do not send your animals via cargo to this airport!
Highly unprofessional, terrible service, inhumane people!
