★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin letztens im Swatch Store auf der Mahü gewesen und habe mir dort Uhren für meinen Nichte angeschaut. Im Laden waren 2 Verkäuferinnen. Eine von denen hat mich komplett ignoriert während die andere sehr unhöflich mit mir geredet hat wo ich paar Fragen zu verschiedenen Uhren hatte. Würde diesen Swatch Store nicht empfehlen. Lieber am Graben gehen. Beratung ist dort freundlich und sehr bemüht.
I was recently at the Swatch Store on the Mahü and looked at watches for my niece there. There were 2 saleswomen in the store. One of them completely ignored me while the other one was very rude to me when I had a few questions about different watches. Would not recommend this Swatch store. Better to go to the ditch. Advice there is friendly and tried very hard.

Ich habe mir die Uhren Angeschaut und für die eine Entschieden, für die Anpassung der Uhr bandes musse ich nicht reden. Er stellte es einfach her. Ich kann euch dieses Geschäft nur raten wenn ihr Uhren um 250 - ... Kaufen wollt.
I looked at watches today, the seller was an elderly gentleman who was very friendly, well-groomed and followed my needs. I looked at the watches and decided on one, I don't have to talk about the adjustment of the watch band. He just made it. I can only recommend this shop if you want to buy watches around 250...

It doesn't make sense to me why a Swatch store of all stores refuses to remove a link from a Tissot watch since both companies belong to the same organisation. Went next door to a random shop and they did it in 2 minutes. No need for the rudeness.
