Atelier 7 by Cinderella Brautmoden - Neubaugasse 2

Ich habe hier den Traum gefunden den sich jede Frau wünscht, seit sie ein kleines Kind war; ich durfte vom ersten Moment als ich das Atelier 7 betreten habe eine Prinzessin sein. Wir wurden bei einem spontan Besuch, mit einer Herzlichkeit empfangen, die wir davor noch in keinem anderen Geschäft erlebt haben. Wir hätten NIE damit gerechnet am späteren Nachmittag ohne Termin überhaupt die Chance zu haben gleich empfangen zu werden, wir wollten uns eigentlich nur das Geschäft anschauen aber die Chefin und die Verkäuferin Marion haben uns angeboten uns umzusehen und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Das Geschäft an sich, ist schon sehr toll aber die Menschen darin machen es zu etwas besonderem. Das Kleid "MEIN KLEID" war eines der ersten, das ich anprobiert habe und ich war vom ersten Moment an verzaubert. Wir waren auch bei dem 2ten Geschäft auf der Landstraßer Hauptstraße "SPOSA" und auch dort wurden wir von der lieben Esther perfekt und sehr bemüht bedient aber wir hatten "DAS" Kleid vom Atelier 7 im Kopf, sind zurück gefahren und uns noch am selben Tag dafür entschieden. Es war bei der Anprobe schon super schön aber mit den kleinen Veränderungen wurde es traumhaft. Marion hat die Wünsche die ich hatte perfekt umgesetzt und mich / uns wahnsinnig glücklich gemacht. Ich kann jedem empfehlen, der ein Brautkleid sucht und nicht nur irgendein Kleid haben will hier her zu gehen und den Mitarbeitern zu vertrauen. Für uns hätte es nicht schöner sein können als das, was wir hier gefunden und erlebt haben. Vielen Dank an das Team vom Atelier 7

Would not recommend going to that place for wedding dress shopping. I made an appointment 1,5 months in advance, when we showed up they opened the door very unfriendly to tell us that they tried to contact me multiple times via sms, calls and emails to inform me that they have to close early. Instead of apologizing that something went wrong they blamed me for that mistake even though I did not get a single call or text. The whole staff and especially the boss was very rude.

I don't see the point to buy a dress 5 time expensive than regular if the services are that bad and unprofessional. Services has been very unprofessional as they tried to get me out of the shop on friday afternoon because they wanted to close on time. They of course wanted to sell the wedding dress very quickly. I hate the buy and leave attitude. When I complained on following day via mail. They offered superficial excuses but did not care honestly.

The staff are polite friendly and professional. Got my wedding dress there. They are quiet tolerant, they even helped me to add a bit of my own design to the dress. Coudnt be more satisfied.

Along with a friend I was here to fit dresses for my wedding, but found the visit an incredible setback. The atmosphere: we felt unwelcome and the treatment of the employees was rude. Only one lady was friendly to us, but she was already working with another customer. Where you expect to be helped in a store - well, this was completely missing here! Almost no help in putting on the dress, having no notion of what I wanted in terms of to dress (and reacting very rudely to it - while me and my friend who was with me were clear about it), And... it also happened a few times that practical matters were completely wrested away. Afterwards I decided - even if I had found my dress here, I would not have gone back because of the bad treatment!

We booked an appointment three weeks ahead of time and I have to say I am very glad we did. When we entered, I was a little intimidated but I was pleasantly surprised. Monica was assigned to help me pick my wedding dress. She asked me questions about the theme of the wedding, what I would like to see myself in and she really hit the mark! She was so attentive, listened, and was so kind. After our consultation, she got very excited and exclaimed "I know which dress you will really like". She brought a few but, I have to say she was right. The dress she picked for me (which she saved for last) was the one that I fell in love with! It fit my personality and my vision of my wedding dress. I have still not made the purchase as I decided to sleep on it. But, I can't stop thinking about the dress. Thank you Altlier 7, and particularly Monica, for being so professional, attentive and kind. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The shop offers a wide and nice collection of bridal dresses, modern and classic models. Pricewise the options are reasonable, although at the end the costs pile up, but overall it was worth it. All the staff are nice, welcoming and professional. Liliane specifically was absolutely awesome! Sweet, knowledgeable and helpful, she supported me through several visits and helped fix the dress details from the first trial until it was ready for the ceremony. She listens carefully and has a good feel of what needs to be done to have a beautiful and satisfying result. It was a memorable experience and worth the efforts and cost. Thank you for making our wedding day even more special with a special dress!
