Went to buy a watch, the sales woman was very rude right from the begining, didnt even look at us in the eyes and then gave us a 30 second tour of the store without explaining anything and then returned to her desk = THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED IN A WHILE. Even though we liked some of the pieces, we left without buying anything, this woman made Christ lose 500 eur.
B	Br O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pocket is almost 3 weeks late.I call them everyday no answer.They only work for 3 days it says in the shop, my pocket arrived there but I cannot reach them via Phone, nor Email. I was even there three times during their supposed to opened times (10-13 Montag, Mittwoch, Friday) Only one time there was long hair guy worker and he tried to ignore because i did not get 'telefonisch termin' if someone never answers phone how can you get it. Well it was a birthday gift for 28.01. Thank you guys! Because no answer to emails or calls i went there they are still closed. No answer to emails,nor phone number when i tell this the christ hot line, they still give mw the same number and of course it is still not reachable.They do not try reach their own branch to ask what is going on, which is even more ridiculous!! That is the most unprofessional 'kundenservice' both from their central Hotline and Mariahilferstraße shop. Imagine with that customer relations they try to sell 'the luxury, but they do not even have any idea of big companies organizational structures

K	Kostandinos Hasula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this Tissot watch as a gift for my gf less then a year ago. As you can see in the picture part of the "wave" fell down. When i went to christ they said to me : "It is not our product" !!!! It was their product when I gave them 630€!
Y	Yael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a ring which the diamond fell after 2 years, so i cam back to fix it, i have been told the fix will cost 1/4 of the ring value ! But i agreed , now im waiting already 2 months to get the ring back, they told me to come on the 31 of Aug. i came to the the shop it was not there, then they told me another date, still it was not there only when i said im coming every time especially to pick the ring they suggested to call me when its there! Finally they called and hopefully ill get it soon, it is so disappointing that the fix is taking so long , the cost of the fix is high and the service at the shop was really so bad and nobody offered any compensation!!!!
