Amazing service! Werner, the owner, is always super humble and kind and always takes time to make sure I receive exactly what I wish for. No matter how many people are actually in the shop! When it gets really really busy, I've seen customers being horribly rude to him and his wife with whom his works together, yet both of them still retained their smile and genuinely helped their clients with utmost kindness and respect, even though they honestly didn't deserve it. I have never seen kinder and nicer couple in my life! I've been a loyal customer over the number of years at this place! Each time I need something, a gift for a friend, or something new for myself, I know Werner will always help. And he always goes the extra mile, always has wonderful suggestions that actually help me pick the perfect jewellery piece and craft the engravings with meaning and purpose :-) But most importantly (and I only understood only over the years), what he actually has as a first priority in his mind is in fact what's best for me -purpose, quality, cost-wise. He leads his business with the human centred approach and I simply love it! Each and every piece of jewellery I got from here as a gift for friends was a huge success and did exactly as intended! I asked to repair one earring post which was broken by wearing masks, and asked replacing stones for another earring pair. Both came out beautifully, and I am very happy! I cannot speak German, but the owner was kind enough to correspond with me in English. The second earring stone replacement work took for a while because we were caught by the lockdown, but I am very happy with the works this shop did. Thank you very much!
