★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Filiale mit freundlichen und äußerst kompetenten Mitarbeitern. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl und als Kunde wertgeschätzt. Beratung und Information steht an erster Stelle. Natürlich gehts in einem Shop in erster Linie um Verkauf - aber es geht um das wie. Und das ist hier wirklich top. Es wird einem nichts aufgeschwatzt, sondern es gibt gute Infos und wertvolle Tipps. Auch das After-Sale-Service ist perfekt. Egal ob es sich um einen Batterietausch oder eine Reinigung der Uhr hadelt, oder ob ein kleines Malheur in Form eines Kratzers entfernt oder werden soll. Man fühlt sich auch dann noch als wertgeschätzter Kunde, wenn man bereits gekauft hat und nur Service benötigt. Und das gibts leider nur mehr sehr selten.
Great branch with friendly and extremely competent staff. You feel comfortable from the first moment and appreciated as a customer. Advice and information comes first. Of course, a store is primarily about sales - but it's about how. And that is really great here. It is not a messed up, but there is good information and valuable tips. The after-sale service is perfect too. No matter if it is a battery change or a cleaning of the clock, or if a small mishap should be removed in the form of a scratch. You still feel like a valued customer even if you have already bought and only need service. And that's unfortunately only very rarely.
