Man hat sehr schnell geantwortet und ein Backcase für mich bestellt. Wie vereinbart wurde ich informiert als es ankam und ich machte mir einen Termin für die reperatur aus. Ich habe mein Handy morgens um 9 Uhr abgegeben und es hieß, dass sie etwa einen Tag brauchen und ich es am nächsten Tag holen kann - jedoch kam bereits um 12 Uhr ein Anruf das es ab 16 Uhr abholbereit ist und das war es auch! Das Handy hat nicht einen Kratzer mehr wie vorher, das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Reperatur wurde ausgezeichnet durchgeführt. Jederzeit wieder (auch wenn es etwas teurer ist - aber die Arbeit die geleistet wurde war jeden Cent wert!) I contacted Phone Point by email because the back case of my cell phone cracked. They answered very quickly and ordered a backcase for me. As agreed, I was informed when it arrived and I made an appointment for the repair. I left my cell phone at 9 a.m. and it said that it would take about a day and I can pick it up the next day - but I got a call at 12 p.m. that it could be picked up from 4 p.m. and that was it! The cell phone isn’t a scratch like before, the staff was very friendly and the repair was excellent. Anytime again (even if it is a bit more expensive - but the work that was done was worth every penny!)

Ich gab mein Handy mit einem kleinen Riss, im oberen Eck ab und bekam ein vollkommen zerstörtes Display wieder und jetzt verlangen sie das Dreifache um es zu Reparieren! Anstatt das Problem in Ruhe zu lösen, wurde ich beschimpft, bloßgestellt und als BETRÜGERIN bezeichnet! Das nächste Mal kaufe ich ein neues Handy, bevor ich noch einen Fuß dort hineinsetze! NEVER AGAIN! Rude, unprofessional and liars! I handed in my phone with a small crack in the top corner and got back a completely shattered screen and now they are charging triple the price to fix it! Instead of calmly solving the problem, I was insulted, embarrassed and called a CHEATER! Next time I'll buy a new phone before I set foot in there!
