Was er nicht im Laden hat, bestellt er - sehr bemüht und nett! Where else is there a watchmaker? Most of them are only sellers, but do not offer repairs. The Lindau already! Big clocks too! Immer wieder gerne geht man zu einem tollen kompetenten Geschäft. Family business helps with all matters relating to watches and jewelry. This is called service, because the big stores could learn something from it. You always enjoy going to a great, competent business.
J	Jürgen Heitzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau hat heute den Service dieses Betriebes in Anspruch genommen. Sie wollte ein Uhrenarmband (nicht in diesem Geschäft erworben) kürzen lassen. Trotz mehrmaligen Fragen wurde keine Auskunft erteilt, wie viel diese kurze Serviceleistung kosten wird. Stattdessen verschwand der Herr einfach mit der Uhr aus dem Verkaufsbereich. Nach ca. 3 Minuten kam er zurück und legte das gekürzte Uhrenarmband wieder hin und verlangte 15 Euro!!! Meine Frau fragte nach ob dieser Preis wirklich stimmt? Es blieb bei den zuvor nicht beauskunfteten 15 Euro. Im Auto wurde meiner Frau erst bewusst, dass sie keine Rechnung erhalten hatte. Wieder zurück in das Geschäft, wurde nach Verlangen eine Rechnung ausgestellt. Laut Gesetz ist dies aber beim Verkauf bereits vorgeschrieben. Belegerteilungspflicht genannt. Ohne der Rückkehr meiner Frau wäre diese überteuerte Leistung "vermutlich" am Fiskus vorbeigewandert ... In Summe finde ich in diesen schweren Zeiten solch Verhalten einfach kundenufreundlich und unverschämt. My wife used the service of this establishment today. She wanted to have a watch strap (not purchased in this shop) shortened. Despite several questions, no information was given as to how much this short service would cost. Instead, the gentleman simply disappeared from the sales area with the watch. After about 3 minutes he came back and put the shortened watch strap back on and asked for 15 euros !!! My wife asked if this price is really right? It remained at the previously uninformed 15 euros. It was only in the car that my wife realized that she had not received an invoice. Back in the shop, an invoice was issued upon request. According to the law, this is already required when selling. Called the obligation to provide evidence. Without the return of my wife, this overpriced service would "probably" have passed the tax authorities ... All in all, in these difficult times, I find such behavior simply customer-friendly and outrageous.
