Super sympathisch, klare Kommunikation, schneller Batteriewechsel bei einer Uhr. The first time I was greeted (and said goodbye - and in between) with a smile in Wiener Neustadt! After 6 years ... super personable, clear communication, quick battery change with a watch.

Obwohl nur das Uhrband zu kürzen war wurde mir sehr nett dies erledigt und gleich ein paar nette Uhren gezeigt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Very nice contact. It was the first time with this watchmaker but certainly not the last time. Although only the watch strap had to be shortened, I was very nicely done and shown a few nice watches. Again any time.

Zwei Tage später wurde ich informiert, dass die Uhr fertig ist. Fazit: Freundliche Hilfe zum fairen Preis, auch wenn es nur eine billige No-Name-Uhr ist. Absolut empfehlenswert. I just had a small repair to do. The employee didn't succeed, so I had to wait for the boss to look at it. Two days later I was informed that the watch was ready. Conclusion: Friendly help at a fair price, even if it's just a cheap no-name watch. Highly Recommended.
