★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir warten schon seit knapp 2 Wochen auf ein Austauschgerät also nicht mal eine Reparatur eines iPhone X. Nicht mal Leihgeräte oder sonstiges wurde uns angeboten. Ich kann die Filiale in Wr. Neustast Fischapark keinem empfehlen - unfreundlich und nicht hilfreich. Ich werde das nächste Mal alles direkt bei Apple abwickeln - nie wieder McShark Fischapark!!!
We have been waiting for a replacement device for almost 2 weeks, so not even a repair of an iPhone X. We were not even offered rental devices or anything else. I can use the branch in Wr. I don't recommend Neustast Fischapark - unfriendly and not helpful. Next time I will handle everything directly at Apple - never again McShark Fischapark !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich mir die ganzen Rezessionen durchlese, frag ich mich woher sie kommen?..
Bis ich an der Reihe war, verfolgte ich zufällig ein Gespräch mit dem Vorkunden! Kein Bemühen, eventuell einen Garantiefall in Erwegung zu ziehen (Ware wurde vor einem Monat gekauft!), die Floskel „wir können’s einschicken, aber die haben das letzte Wort und wenn’s negativ Is habens Pech gehabt!“
Selbst einen Ersatzteil für mein Mc Book benötigt...null Beratung, präpotente Antwort auf meine Fragen! Hab dann die Ware nicht gekauft! Nur ein schlechter Tag?

Until I was my turn, I followed overheard a conversation with the Vorkunden! No effort may draw a warranty in Erwegung (the goods were bought a month ago!), The phrase "we can send in it, but who and if it had negative Is habens bad luck the last word!"
Even a spare part for my Mc Book needed ... null consulting, präpotente answer to my questions! then did not buy the goods! Just a bad day?

Worst service ever !!!! Entrepreneurs stay away from insurance with McShark !!! I had taken out this insurance and a deductible of € 152.83 !!!!! Right now my lawyer is taking care of this rip-off ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ladeprobleme bei Airpods Pro, drei Monate alt, bei MCShark gekauft (Filiale Fischapark). 1. Besuch beim "Apple Premium Reseller": "Sorry, unser Service-System ist ausgefallen, kommen sie morgen wieder". 2. Besuch: "Ich kann das zur Reparatur einschicken, aber das wird 2-3 Wochen dauern. Machen sie sich einen Termin im Apple Shop in Wien aus, da geht das innerhalb von ein paar Stunden." Ich habe mich dann entschieden bei Apple anzurufen und hatte innerhalb von genau 1 Tag ein Austauschgerät.Leider war das nicht der erste Kontakt zu diesem Shop, der einen recht negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat.
Charging problems with Airpods Pro, three months old, bought from MCShark (Fischapark branch). 1. Visit to the "Apple Premium Reseller": "Sorry, our service system has failed, come back tomorrow". 2nd visit: "I can send this in for repair, but it will take 2-3 weeks. Make an appointment at the Apple Shop in Vienna, it will be done within a few hours." I then decided to call Apple and had an exchange device within exactly 1 day. Unfortunately, it was not the first contact to this shop that left a very negative impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder! Beim Verkaufen sehr schnell ... bei Reklamation eine Katastrophe! Habe mein IPhone X Mitte August zur Reparatur gebracht, Akku musste getauscht werden, Gott sei Dank damals Garantieverlängerung dazu genommen. Im Zuge dessen neues IPhone 11 Pro gekauft! Info zur Reparatur: Max. 4 Wochen wird es dauern! Nachdem ich Anfang Oktober keine Info hatte bin ich hingefahren ... Handy nicht da ... keiner weiß wo ... ich werde angerufen! Ja, wurde ich, Handy ist in der Reparatur hängen geblieben! Gestern konnte ich es abholen ... kein Wort der Entschuldigung, keine Entschädigung für die lange Wartezeit ... das ist kein Kundenservice!!! Dann wurde mir gesagt, Rechnung kann nicht gedruckt werden, bekomme ich per Mail, bis heute nicht da, mal schauen wie lange das dauert! Daher nie wieder!
Never again! When selling very quickly ... a disaster when there is a complaint! I brought my iPhone X to be repaired in mid-August, the battery had to be replaced, thank goodness I took the extended warranty back then. In the course of this, I bought the new iPhone 11 Pro! Repair info: It will take a maximum of 4 weeks! After I had no information at the beginning of October, I went there ... Cell phone not there ... Nobody knows where ... I get a call! Yes, I did, cell phone got stuck in repair! Yesterday I was able to pick it up ... not a word of apology, no compensation for the long wait ... that's not customer service !!! Then I was told, the invoice cannot be printed, I get it by email, not there until today, let's see how long it takes! So never again!

Waren sehr zufrieden und kommen, sollten wir Apple-Produkte benötigen, sicher wieder. Weiter so!!!
