★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedauerlich, das nun noch nur 1 Schalter zur Verfügung steht, womit sich die Wartezeit verlängert für Angelegenheiten die an Automaten nicht gemacht werden können. Man lässt hier die Kunden warten ohne mal nachzufragen, wie man helfen könne. Hinzu kommen sehr ungünstige Öffnungszeiten (9-12 Uhr)
Zuzüglich ständig steigender Kontogebühr überlege ich, die Bank jetzt zu wechseln.
