M	Maxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schaut recht ordentlich aus. Bin aber selbst nicht daran gebunden. Nur ab und an auf Besuch. Looks pretty neat. But I am not bound to it. Only now and then on a visit.
A	Andreas Gegenleitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet ansich vorhanden, aber nur RJ45 und kein WLan. Der Internetanschluss selbst funktionierte reibungslos. Die harten Betten sind Geschmackssache. Internet ansich available, but only RJ45 and no Wi-Fi. The internet connection itself worked smoothly. The hard beds are a matter of taste.
o	olivia p. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich wohne zwar nicht dort aber ich habe von freunden erzählt bekommen, dass die putzfrauen den wasserhahn halb aufgedreht haben und das fester aufmachen und dann nicht mehr schließen. in der küche soll es immer recht dreckig sein und es werden sachen aus der tiefkühltruhe gestohlen Although I do not live there but I have gotten told by friends that the cleaning ladies have turned on the faucet half and the tighter open and then no longer close. in the kitchen it should always be quite dirty and things are stolen from the freezer

Portier und Verwaltung auch sehr freundlich. Gerade sind aber 3/3 Wäschetrockner im Hauptgebäude defekt, was wirklich heftig nervt, da kommt aber auch bald Ersatz. Kann's auf jeden Fall empfehlen, man ist halt bissl eingeschränkter als im iHaus oder den Teichhäusern. (Write the review only, so that the notification of Google finally disappears) Studiheim is cool. Good internet and nice cleaning ladies. Doorman and administration very friendly. But 3/3 dryers are currently broken in the main building, which is really annoying, but there will soon be replacement. Definitely recommend, you're just a bit more limited than in the house or the ponds.
W	Wolfgang Schurr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aus Sicht von Eltern. Für Studenten echt teuer. Die Mieter werden bei Servicesachen zum Teil unfreundlich behandelt oder müssen warten. Reinigungspersonal kommt in die Zimmer egal ob er Schloft oder nicht. Schade, denn ohne die Studentenheime wäre die FH nicht so gut möglich. Es wäre schön etwas mehr auf die Studenten und die Eltern zu achten. From the parents' perspective. Really expensive for students. Tenants are sometimes treated unfriendly when it comes to service items or have to wait. Cleaning staff come into the room whether they are sleeping or not. Too bad, because without the student dormitories, the FH wouldn't be so easy. It would be nice to pay more attention to the students and the parents.
P	Patrick Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Sehr gute Lage direkt neben der FH! + Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten + Schnelle, gute und freundliche Kommunikation per E-Mail. + Schnelles Internet, wenn auch nur per Kabel + Gute Zimmergröße, man fühlt sich nicht zusammengepfercht wie in manch anderen Studentenbuden. - Herdplatten in der Küche sind sehr schwach und brauchen lange um Wasser zum Kochen zu bringen. - Nordseitig keine Jalousien! - Keine Möglichkeit zu verhindern, dass das Reinigungspersonal unangekündigt das Zimmer betritt. Es wird zwar geklopft, allerdings wird zeitgleich schon das Zimmer geöffnet! - Spätnachts lärmende Studenten werden auch nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden durch andere Studenten nur ermahnt, sodass diese ihr Verhalten leider nur kurzfristig oder gar nicht ändern. - Das "Bett" ist eine Katastrophe für alle deren Rücken es nicht gewohnt ist auf einer alten Couch zu schlafen. Es gibt leider keine richtige Matratze, sondern nur ein fest mit dem Bett verbundenes"couch-ähnliches"-Irgendwas. Man kann die harten Federn teilweise spüren! Hier sollte schnellstmöglich nachgebessert werden. + Very good location right next to the FH! + Sufficient parking space + Fast, good and friendly communication by email. + Fast internet, even if only by cable + Good room size, you don't feel crammed together like in some other student booths. - Stovetops in the kitchen are very weak and take a long time to bring water to a boil. - No blinds on the north side! - There is no way to prevent the cleaning staff from entering the room unannounced. There is knocking, but at the same time the room is opened! - Students who are noisy late at night are only warned after repeated complaints from other students, so that they unfortunately only change their behavior for a short time or not at all. - The "bed" is a disaster for everyone whose back is not used to sleeping on an old couch. Unfortunately, there is no real mattress, just a "couch-like" something firmly attached to the bed. You can partly feel the hard springs! Improvements should be made here as soon as possible.
