Unkomplizierte Abwicklung und auch tolle Beratung zu Versicherungen, Törntips und Liegeplätzen. Wir hatten eine supertolle Segelwoche in den Kornaten! Sehr zu empfehlen. Stelzl gechartert. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation mussten wir dies nun leider vorerst stornieren und auch hier war die Abwicklung und Lösung und Kommunikation perfekt und mehr als kundenfreundlich. Auch den nächsten Bootscharter werde ich ganz bestimmt wieder über Hr. Stelzl durchführen. Vielen Dank! Wir hatten zuletzt einen Zwischenfall mit einer Nachbaryacht in Rovinj, Thomas Stelzl hat umgehend per Telefon die korrekte und zielführende Vorgangsweise mit dem Hafenmeister und der Marina Administration vorgeschlagen. So haben wir es gemacht, und so ist die heikle Situation auch erfolgreich bewältigt worden. Volle Empfehlung meinerseits. Services that have been tried and tested for many years and the best customer orientation. Very competent if something doesn't go according to plan. We recently had an incident with a neighboring yacht in Rovinj, Thomas Stelzl immediately suggested the correct and expedient procedure with the harbor master and the marina administration over the phone. That's how we did it, and that's how the delicate situation was successfully managed. Full recommendation from me.
