Arranged a full refund for a return transfer to Saalbach as we had to cancel less than 24hrs before the trip due to one of our party and someone we care for falling very very sick and needing to be hospitalised in an ICU unit. This customer service is just incredible and they have shown compassion & care in a very tough time for us. We’ll be using this company every time we go skiing now and will recommend to anyone
