★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 x LED lights all failed. Trying to get refund from customer services very stressful and poor service. 4 weeks of continual badgering and putting up with their lies, I eventually threatened them with legal action and surprise surprise, they manage to sort it out.
Avoid this company purely for the poor after sales service and Customer service staff John Bennett, who will not help you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a product directly from Walter Werkzeuge Salzburg Gmb on-line. Product did not function as intended. Contacted Customer Support for help. I did not make contact requesting a exchange or a refund. I discovered that the Customer Support (John Bennett) has no product knowledge, has no technical knowledge with regards to power supply to the company's tools and refused to forward on my query to someone who may have been of assistance. The non professional customer service (that I was provided with) is of major concern and buyer beware.
