★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Blondine war sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit... Sie hat uns die falschen Infos geschickt und als ich ein Problem mit der Abholung hatte konnte ich sie nicht kontaktieren... ich musste selber mit dem Zug fahren obwohl ich für einen persönlichen Transport gezahlt hatte!
The blonde was very unfriendly and not helpful ... She sent us the wrong information and when I had a problem with the pickup I couldn't contact her ... I had to take the train myself even though I had paid for personal transport !

We went today and a blonde was sooo rude. She wasn't helpful at all. We were in other business to book our vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war schon öfters hier wegen Angeboten, da ich um die Ecke arbeite. Und ich muss sagen die Mitarbeiter sind hier wirklich alle sehr freundlich. Was ich positiv betonen möchte ist das ich vor ca. 2 Wochen dort war um mich zu erkundigen wie es mit den Reisen momentan aussieht und trotz das ich gesagt habe das ich mich nur mal erkundigen möchte aber noch abwarte werde, wurde mir ein Kaffee angeboten, wurde ich freundlich beraten und mir wurde eine Freude auf das kommende Reisen gemacht. Top Service trotz dieser schweren Zeit!
I've been here several times for offers as I work around the corner. And I have to say the staff are really all very friendly here. What I would like to emphasize positively is that I was there about 2 weeks ago to inquire how things are going with the travels at the moment and despite that I said that I only want to inquire but will wait and see, I was offered a coffee, I was given friendly advice and I was given pleasure in the coming travels. Top service despite this difficult time!
