Gott sei dank gibt es noch andere Apotheken. Very unfriendly older lady behind the sales counter. And although there were almost no people, I stood in front of the shop for almost an hour. Thank goodness there are other pharmacies.

a	ativ0 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Apotheke ist an Unfähigkeit kaum zum übertreffen. Man bekommt ein Rezept vom Arzt, fährt zu der Apotheke um das Medikament zum holen. Dann sagt die Mitarbeiterin dort, "na, des haben wir nicht". Kann auch nicht bestellt werden laut Mitarbeiter, komisch nur das es die Apotheke hat die keine 5min entfernt ist. Absolut keine Beratung, unwillige und unfähige Mitarbeiter. This pharmacy can hardly be surpassed in inability. You get a prescription from the doctor, go to the pharmacy to get the medicine. Then the employee there says, "Well, we don't have that". Can not be ordered according to employees, funny only that it has the pharmacy which is less than 5 minutes away. Absolutely no advice, unwilling and inept employees.

Leider muss ich feststellen, dass ich mitelweile länger draußen in der Kälte auf das Medikament warten muss als beim Arzt die Untersuchung selbst! Es sind viele arbeitende Menschen die ein Medikament brauchen und wieder arbeiten gehen müssen, bitte die Beratung oder die Ausgabe der Medikamente anders organisieren. Es kann nicht sein dass die Apothekerin, in der Zeit der Digitalisierung, händisch sucht nach dem Patienten aus den mehreren Rezeptbündeln! Und, wegen Corona, warten wir alle draußen. Kommt keiner auf die Idee, von Zeit zu Zeit, raus zu schauen wie lange ist die Schlange vor dem Geschäft? Bitte um mehr Rücksicht auf uns Kunden! Ansonsten kann ich nicht sagen dass ihr unfreundliche oder inkompetente Mitarbeiter beschäftigen, war immer sehr professionell behandelt. Darum nur 3 Punkte, also durchschnittlich. Viel Luft nach oben! Dear operator! I can well imagine that you are very competent and helpful. Unfortunately, I have to find out that I have to wait longer outside in the cold for the medication than at the doctor's for the examination itself! There are many working people who need a drug and have to go back to work, so please organize the consultation or the dispensing of the drugs differently. Wenn man keine Lust hat oder den Kunden nicht mag (warum auch immer), dann ist etwas schlicht weg nicht lagernd oder lieferbar - na genau! Diese Apo sieht mich nie wieder! Lieber fahre ich den Weg nach Neustadt... Probably the most judgmental and unfriendly staff I have ever come across. Apart from the fact that some utensils are very expensive. If you don't feel like it or don't like the customer (for whatever reason), something is simply not in stock or available - that's right! This apo will never see me again! I would rather drive the way to Neustadt ...

Der Abstrich in der Nase war nicht tief genug und der Rachenabstrich war ein Wangenabstrich. Test lane personnel should be instructed to properly approve the tests. The nose swab was not deep enough and the throat swab was a cheek swab.
