Ein Herr mit weißem Harr zu mir :" Nein das gebe ich Ihnen nicht,ich brauche einen Zettel sonst zahlt die Krankenkasse nicht, und wieso schickt der Arzt das Rezept nicht direkt an uns, vielleicht sollten Sie den Arzt wechseln! " Es wäre noch zu erwähnen, dass mir die Tabletten ausgegangen sind und es bereits 17:45 war! Auch auf meine Frage, dass ich ihm schnell mein Rezept per Mail weiterleiten, würde hat er nicht reagiert. Ich hatte das Gefühl man will mir gar nicht helfen! Ohne lange zu überlegen schnell ins Auto und ab nach Kottingbrunn in die Schloss Apotheke. Dort angekommen (17:56) wurde mir sofort und vor allem auf eine sehr nette Weise weitergeholfen. Einfach meine Email mit Rezept weitergeleitet an die mir dort diktiert email Adresse. Ohne irgendwelche Probleme war ich um 18:01 wieder draußen und hielt meine Medikamente in der Hand. Der Herr in Enzesfeld sollte vielleicht überlegen ob er wirklich richtig ist an seinem Arbeitsplatz, denn so kann man einfach nicht mit Leuten umgehen!!! Das wiederspiegelt auch die anderen schlechten Bewertungen. Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Rezensionen, aber diesmal war ich wirklich auf 180!!! Unfriendly and absolutely not solution-oriented! I was just sent away even though I had my prescription with me on my phone! A man with white hair to me: "No, I won't give you that, I need a slip otherwise the health insurance won't pay, and why doesn't the doctor send the prescription directly to us, maybe you should change doctors!" It should also be mentioned that I ran out of pills and it was already 5:45 pm! He also didn't respond to my question that I would quickly forward my prescription to him by email. I had the feeling no one wanted to help me! Without thinking twice, quickly into the car and off to the Schloss Apotheke in Kottingbrunn. When I arrived there (17:56) I was helped immediately and above all in a very nice way. Simply forward my email with prescription to the email address dictated to me there. I was back outside at 6:01 pm with no problems whatsoever, holding my medication in hand. The gentleman in Enzesfeld should perhaps consider whether he is really right at his place of work, because you simply cannot deal with people that way! That also reflects the other bad reviews. I don't normally write reviews but this time I was really on 180 !!!
