M	Mitch K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War nur einmal dort. Die Apo liegt auf meinem Arbeitsweg. Die Mitarbeiterin war hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Habe ich bei anderen Apos schon anders erlebt. Only been there once. The apo is on my way to work. The employee was helpful and uncomplicated. I have seen it differently with other apos.

Die Mitarbeiter bemühen sich sehr, das was nicht vorhanden ist durch den Computer von anderen Firmen zu finden, sodas der Kunde trotzdem zufrieden nach Hause geht. Bravo an den Chef und seine Mitarbeiter. Newly rebuilt, the drugs are brought to the employee under computer control. The employees try very hard to find what is not available on the computer from other companies, so that the customer can still go home satisfied. Bravo to the boss and his employees.
B	Barbara Rainer-Kronnerwetter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin von meinem Arzt am Abend noch hingeschickt worden, damit ich mir meine Salbe noch am selben Abend auftragen kann. Er meinte noch die haben bis 19 Uhr offen. Ich habe die Apotheke um 17:50 betreten und dann meinte eine Mitarbeiterin, dass ich die Salbe erst am nächsten Tag abholen kann, es würde einen Tag dauern. Die Tabletten könnte ich aber gleich haben ;). Habe meine Rezepte wieder mitgenommen und werde sie woanders besorgen. My doctor sent me there in the evening so that I could apply my ointment the same evening. He said they were open until 7 p.m. I entered the pharmacy at 5:50 p.m. and then an employee said that I could only pick up the ointment the next day, it would take a day. I could have the tablets right away;). I took my recipes with me again and will get them elsewhere.
H	Hans Wurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War 3 Jahr gerne in dieser Apotheke seit den Umbau eine echte Katastrophe, für Salben muss man eine Tag warten wobei es erst 17 Uhr war und die Apotheke schließt erst um 19 Uhr. Was mich auch sehr schockiert hat, das sie den Substituierten die Medikamente mit den Spritzen zusammen verkaufen, was eigendlich gemeldet gehört, da es nicht moralisch ist. Leider keine Apotheke mehr eher ein Drugstore bzw. Supermarkt. Nur aufs Geld aus keine Kompetente Beratung mehr möglich und Wartezeiten auch ewig. Schade, früher waren sie eine der besten Apotheken in der Umgebung. Has been a real disaster in this pharmacy for 3 years since the renovation, for ointments you have to wait a day, it was only 5 p.m. and the pharmacy only closes at 7 p.m. Which also shocked me very much that they sell the drugs to the substitutes together with the syringes, which should have been reported because it is not moral. Unfortunately no pharmacy anymore a drugstore or supermarket. Competent advice is no longer possible and money waits forever. Too bad they used to be one of the best pharmacies in the area.
J	Julia K Cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Anrufen geben sie am Telefon keine genaue Auskunft, bzw. sie schauen einfach nicht nach, ob sie genau diese Ware/Medikament lagernd haben, bzw. wieviel genau davon lagernd ist !!!! ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ Und dadurch bin ich unnötig hingefahren, obwohl ich extra vorher angerufen und nachgefragt habe . . . ???????‍♀️ Und das Taxi habe ich auch unnötig bezahlt, obwohl ich das extra am Telefon erwähnt habe, dass ich mit dem Taxi komme und ob sie das eh lagernd haben und dann war ich unnötig dort und musste es erst einmal bestellen und am nächsten Tag erst Recht nochmal mit dem Taxi hinfahren ! Die Auskunft am Telefon lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig . . . ??? Ansonsten sind sie dort sehr freundlich, aber die Bedienungen wirken etwas unerfahren, was die Namen der Medikamente betrifft, und dadurch dauert es bei manchen Bestellungen, bzw. Auskünften eine Weile . . . Naja.. Ansonsten gibt es aber nichts zu kritisieren . . . ????????? When calling, they do not give exact information on the phone, or they simply do not check whether they have exactly this product / medication in stock or how much of it is in stock !!!! ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ And that's why I went there unnecessarily, even though I called and asked beforehand. . . ???????‍♀️ And I paid the taxi unnecessarily, even though I mentioned this on the phone that I would come by taxi and whether they had it in stock anyway and then I was unnecessary there and had to order it first and then again the next day go there by taxi! The information on the phone leaves a lot to be desired. . . ??? Otherwise, they are very friendly there, but the waitresses seem a little inexperienced when it comes to the names of the medications, which means that it takes a while for some orders or information. . . Well .. Otherwise there is nothing to criticize. . . ?????????
B	Bertl Egal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit Jahren dort Stammkunde und werde es auch bleiben! Der Chef und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und bei Fragen immer sehr Hilfsbereit! Wenn es ein Produkt dort nicht geben sollte wird er bestellt und meistens kann man ihn sogar noch am selben Tag abholen! Lg Norbert L.
