D	David Bily on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste die Apotheke als Nachtapotheke am Wochenende in Anspruch nehmen, da mir meine ACE-Hemmer ausgegangen waren. Natürlich hatte ich aufgrund der quasi akuten Situation kein Rezept. Ich wurde sehr unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt, die Medikamente (die wohl nicht im Verdacht stehen missbräuchlich verwendet zu werden) wurden mir "ausnahmsweise" (wortwörtlich) nach mehreren Minuten des "darum Bittens" ausgehändigt. Had to use the pharmacy as a night pharmacy on the weekend because I ran out of ACE inhibitors. Of course, due to the almost acute situation, I didn't have a prescription. I was treated very unfriendly and condescendingly, the drugs (which are probably not suspected of being misused) were given to me "as an exception" (literally) after several minutes of "asking for them".

R	Rene Reitberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute in der Merkur Apotheke und hab versehentlich statt einer FFb2 Maske eine Stoffmaske getragen...nach Erhalt meiner Medikamente wurde ich auf mein Fehlverhalten auch sofort hingewiesen....trage sonst immer eine FFb2 Maske und habe auch sofort angeboen die Maske zu wechseln. Mit den Worten .... lassens es jetzt ....und einer persönlichen Moralpredigt die auch sehr unfreundlich und herablassend auf mich wirkte, bin ich dann auch wieder weitergezogen...ich habe vollstes Verständnis für die aktuelle Situation,,bin aber immer noch der Meinung .....der Ton macht die Musik....in diesem Sinne.....ich werde dort nichts mehr kaufen... Mit freundlichen Grüßen.... Was in the Merkur pharmacy today and accidentally wore a cloth mask instead of an FFb2 mask ... after receiving my medication, I was informed about my misconduct immediately .... I usually always wear an FFb2 mask and immediately offered to change the mask . Ich denke das Problem liegt bei der Leitung und Unternehmensphilosophie. Very impersonal and absolutely not customer oriented. In addition, often unfriendly advice. Was mich jetzt aber sehr beeindruckt hat, ist die professionelle, freundliche und schnelle Abwicklung in der Teststraße und das an einem Sonntag. Obwohl die Warteschlange bis auf den Parkplatz nach draußen ging, habe ich nur eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ergebnis habe ich innerhalb von 11 Stunden aufs Handy bekommen, obwohl es der Sonntag vor dem Schulbeginn/nach den Weihnachtsferien war. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team! I have always had positive experiences at the Merkur pharmacy. But what really impressed me now is the professional, friendly and fast processing in the test street, all on a Sunday. Although the queue went outside to the parking lot, I only waited half an hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got the result on my mobile phone within 11 hours, even though it was the Sunday before school started / after the Christmas holidays. Many thanks to the whole team!
