Da es nicht lagernd war, wurde meinem Mann erklärt, man hätte ein anderes, das genau das gleiche wäre. Beim Lesen des Beipackzettels steht dann, erst für Kinder ab 12 Jahren. Wir haben dann letztlich in einer anderen Apotheke (Gott sei Dank Privatrezept) unser Produkt bekommen, aber erst am nächsten Tag. Hätte man uns gleich die Wahrheit gesagt, hätten wir es gleich woanders besorgt. Jedenfalls völlig inkompetent, unakzeptabel. An impudence. Get a product prescribed by the pediatrician that is suitable for a toddler. Since it was out of stock, my husband was told they had another one that was exactly the same. When reading the leaflet, it says, only for children from 12 years. We finally got our product in another pharmacy (thank goodness private prescription), but only the next day. Had we been told the truth right away, we would have gotten it elsewhere. In any case, completely incompetent, unacceptable.

Ergänzung 17.02.2022: Antigen- und PCR-Tests werden kostenlos angeboten und auch hierbei sind die Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich.
