B	Bill Parsons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased from Sport Tiedje one of the allegedly best models - BC70-for cardio exercising. I had a great experience with the Salesman who was very friendly and knowledgable. After a few tries the bike broke down. Totally unacceptable. I informed the office about the need for a repairman to come and they gave me a date...a week later. Not only this is totally ridiculous quality of service but I was told that the "technician" will do a diagnosis of the problem and will not fix it. So it is fair to assume that I will not be able to train on the bike for at least one month. By they way when the order was place a serious delay in delivery was experienced without any words of apologies. In 2018 with so much competition especially in the service area I experience on and on the typical lousy performance for service done by all German companies I had to deal with. Service with a smile is the minimum I expect but not only when I spend more than 1000 Euros and a quick response is a must !

You can check out some of the best selling products and get solid information about various aspects from the employees. Also helpful for me was that the employee who help me talked in English and was very eager to explain all of my questions.
