R	Rupertherbert Kowarik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service ist einfach nur schlecht. Wollte etwas umtauschen was ich im intersport g3 gekauft habe. Habe mich natürlich erkundigt ob das möglich ist. Ja das geht aber nicht mit diesen Leuten im intersport scn. Macht nichts Sportgeschäfte gibt es mehr als genug. Intersport ist bei meiner Auswahl nicht mehr dabei. Service is just bad. I wanted to exchange something that I bought in the intersport g3. Of course I asked if that was possible. Yes, that is not possible with these people in intersport. Never mind there are more than enough sports shops. Intersport is no longer in my selection.

M	Melanie r on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21.03.22 14:30 Verkäuferin war sehr unfreundlich und meinte sie sei gleich da (es waren mit mir 2 Kunden im Geschäft die Beratung suchten). Ich wollte eine Sportuhr zurückgeben, sie verwies mich gleich ich solle doch einfach es zur Post bringen. Erklärte ihr dann dass auf der HP steht man kann auch zu einem Shop gehen Umtauschen (zudem ich eigentlich eine Beratung suchte und daher zu einem Shop ging). Dann meinte sie, na es ist schon möglich aber die Chefin die das macht ist nicht da. Ohne Lösungsvorschlag oder Interesse der Kundenzufriedenheit. Mir war das dann zu blöd und werde mir wo anders eine Sportuhr kaufen. Schade, am Land habe ich beim Intersport immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht, in der SCN war das höchst inkompetent, so wurde eine potentielle Käuferin vergrault. 03/21/22 2:30 p.m. The saleswoman was very unfriendly and said she would be right there (there were 2 customers in the shop with me who were looking for advice). I wanted to return a sports watch, she immediately referred me to just bring it to the post office. Then explained to her that the HP says you can also go to a shop to exchange (I was actually looking for advice and therefore went to a shop). Then she said, well it's possible but the boss who does it isn't there. Without suggesting a solution or interested in customer satisfaction. That was too stupid for me and I will buy a sports watch somewhere else. It's a shame, I've always had good experiences with Intersport in the country, but in the SCN it was extremely incompetent, so a potential buyer was scared off.

Bekam die Info am Telefon das die Ski bis spätestens Freitag nächster Woche abzuholen sind......hingefahren, gefragt....Antwort war nein doch erst Samstags!!! Der Mitarbeiter beim Service kann nichts dafür aber die Dame die am Telefon war einfach nur inkompetent und unfähig ? Very annoying! Called extra for a ski service appointment! Got the info on the phone that the skis are to be picked up by Friday next week at the latest ...... went there, asked .... The answer was no, but only on Saturday! The employee at the service can't help it but the lady on the phone was just incompetent and incapable ?
