★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there 2 times so far and both were a great customer experience. Once I returned a pair of trousers that ripped apart during my training session in the gym. (You are allowed to laugh). Refund was no problem as it was clear, that it was not my fault but the trousers were damaged, as we found out. He apologized a thousand times that this situation happened to me.
2nd time I needed some weights for the Lockdown. Not the same dude, but super friendly as well. Took a lot of time to help me find exactly what I needed and prepared everything in bags, ready for me to just pick it up and carry home. Found out, that I'm stronger than I look.
Both times they helped me out and I never felt rushed or unwanted, like I have experienced in some other stores before (not Hervis). Super friendly staff, comforting customer experience. Thank you guys! I appreciate your service!
