Very very weak service in all aspects of retail. The male seller is the perfect representative of the clichés of this society.

Great selection and nice atmosphere. The staff are friendly and answer questions. The prices are in my opinion ok. Recommended!
W	Wendelin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhöflicher Verkäufer. Kaufe seit Jahren bei Sportnahrung ein. Trotzdem weigerte sich letztens der Verkäufer unhöflich mir Samples zum ausprobieren zu geben. Meinte ich müsse mir einfach eine kleine Packung kaufen. Finde ich einfach eine bodenlose Frechheit, da ich mich erkunden will bevor ich 50-60€ in neues Proteinpulver investiere! Dort werde ich nicht mehr hingehen. Ich empfehle jedem lieber zum Sportnahrung in der Praterstraße zu gehen! Kompetente und freundlich ruhige Beratung! Und wie durch ein Wunder gibt es dort doch Samples. Ich werde Floridsdorf meiden und ich kann es jedem anderen auch empfehlen. Muss mir nicht die Laune vermiesen lassen. Rude seller. Have been shopping at sports nutrition for years. Nevertheless, the seller rude refused to give me samples to try out. I just had to buy a small pack. I just find a bottomless cheek, because I want to explore before I invest 50-60 € in new protein powder! I will not go there anymore. I recommend everyone to go to sports nutrition in Praterstrasse! Competent and friendly, quiet advice! And miraculously there are samples there. I will avoid Floridsdorf and I recommend it to everyone else. Doesn't have to spoil my mood.

H	Heinz Charamsa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personal sehr nett... nur habe ich gerade ein mehr komponentenprotein gekauft. ich bin selber schuld, ich habe mir erst daheim beim öffnen auf die inhaltsangaben angesehen. besteht zum grossteiteil aus soja. dementsprechend schmeckt es. ungeniessbar.. 21eur fürn . . . ich weis nicht wie man hier abtworten kann... darum "ändere" ich meine bewertung. das protein ist "power tec pro 85 vit+ banane" und ich habe es mit milch angemixt. gleich vorweg. sie als verkäufer können nichts für geschmack und inhaltsstoffe. auch müssen sie verschiedenpreisige proteine anbieten. nur bei diesem protein kommt dieser ungute "soja-kartongeschmack" voll zum tragen. ärgerlich ist nur dass ich dieses "problem" mit dem unguten sojageschmack im shop angesprichen habe. mir dann aber dieses empfohlen wurde mit es schmeckt gut, ich habe es probiert... was ich jetzt nicht so ganz glauben kann. mir persönlich ist klar dass man nicht alles probieren kann. und das geschmäcker unterschiedlich sind. ich ärgere über mich selbst, da ich die inhaltsstoffe nicht gelesen habe. sonst hätte ich es nicht genommen. für mich ist es ungeniessbar und daher nicht zu gebrauchen.... staff very nice ... only i just bought one more component protein. it's my own fault, I only looked at the content at home when I opened it. consists mostly of soy. it tastes accordingly. inedible. . . I don't know how to answer here ... that's why I "change" my rating. the protein is "power tec pro 85 vit + banana" and I mixed it with milk. right away. As a seller, you cannot do anything about taste and ingredients. they also have to offer different-priced proteins. only with this protein does this bad "soy cardboard taste" come into its own. The only annoying thing is that I addressed this "problem" with the bad taste of soy in the shop. but then I was recommended this with it tastes good, I tried it ... which I can't quite believe now. it is clear to me personally that you cannot try everything. and that tastes are different. I am annoyed with myself because I have not read the ingredients. otherwise I would not have taken it. for me it is inedible and therefore not usable ....

Keine richtige beziehung zum Kunden aufgebaut so das er oder sie sich wohlfühlen bzw willkommen. Leider das Gegenteil. Nur von der Theke aus gezeigt wo sich die Produkte befinden. Nicht wirklich eine Leidenschaft dahinter. Fazit: 2 mal diese Filiale probiert. Dachte der Verkäufer hatte beim ersten mal vielleicht einen schlechten Tag gehabt. Leider nein. Derselbe Verkäufer dieselbe negative Erfahrung. Beide Male unfreundlich, überheblich und arrogant. Lieber ohne Protein leben als wieder dort hinzugehen. Regrettable: When entering one is not welcomed. You are not asked what you are looking for. No proper relationship with the customer built so that he or she feel comfortable or welcome. Unfortunately the opposite. Only shown from the counter where the products are. Not really a passion behind it. Conclusion: 2 times this branch tried. Thought the seller might have had a bad day the first time. Unfortunately, no. The same seller the same negative experience. Both times rude, overbearing and arrogant. I'd rather live without protein than go back there.

Gerne wieder in 4 Wochen dann ist das whey aufgebracht LG p As always, friendly, competent and fast. All explanations were understandable. A shaker with advertising at 3.5 ought not necessarily to be. Gladly again in 4 weeks then the whey is upset LG p
P	Peter Richlik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Abstand der beste Shop in Wien Nein nicht nur der Shop Sonder was viel wichtiger is die Betreuung dieser beiden Jungs die ihr Handwerk perfekt verstehen Egal welche Frage u welches Anliegen, ich bekomm immer perfekte Informationen um so nicht einfach irgendwas zu kaufen oder zu probieren sondern genau das was nötig ist um meine nächsten Schritte zu erreichen. Echt Hut ab und diese Filiale is einfach Top besetzt. Hoffe es dringt bis in die oberen Etagen durch !!! Nur mit so wirklich perfektem Personal is euer Shop richtig gut aufgestellt Ich freu mich auf den nächsten Besuch vielleicht auch schon am neuen Standort Nord By far the best shop in Vienna No, not just the shop What is much more important is the care of these two guys who understand their craft perfectly No matter what question u what concern, I always get perfect information so that I don't just buy or try something, but rather exactly what is necessary to achieve my next steps.
