Konnte mein neues E Bike 1 Woche später schon abholen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die super schnelle Abwicklung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte zum Anfang des Vorjahres für meine Gattin und mich 2 bestimmte E-Bikes der Marke Cube kaufen. Ich wohne östlich von Wien und habe das natürlich zuerst im näheren Umkreis versucht. Zu meiner Enttäuschung konnte kein Shop, egal ob groß oder klein, bekannt oder weniger prominent liefern ! Ich habe die Suche dann auf den Großraum Wien bis Bratislava und von Mattersburg bis Linz ausgedehnt - trotzdem keine Chance. Erst ein Hilferuf per Mail nach Villach (Cube-Stützpunkt -händler ) an tyl4sports war wenigstens teilweise von Erfolg gekrönt: In einem sofortigen telefonischen Rückruf wurde mir die prompte Zusendung eines Bikes in gewünschter Größe und Farbe zugesagt. Auf das 2. Rad mussten wir wegen bekannter Lieferprobleme dann doch einige Monate warten, wurden aber laufend über den Status der Bestellung informiert. Auch die Preiszusage wurde trotz zwischenzeitiger Preiserhöhung seitens des Produzenten eingehalten. Nochmals vielen Dank für die freundliche und professionelle Betreuung !

Bought an ebike online. Also contacted by phone. Very good advice. After payment on Thursday morning, the bike arrived on Monday morning by courier. From Carinthia to Upper Austria!!! Everything OK. It doesn't get any better. Mfg Manfred
