N	Niko Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mein Rad im Service. Die Schaltung wurde nicht ordentlich eingestellt. Eine einfache Ultegra. Bei Bergfahrten unter Belastung musste ich wenn ich von der 2. In den 3. Gang geschalten habe, erst auf die 4. und dann zurück. Das sollte nicht passieren. Die neuen Bremsbacken quietschen beim Bergabfahren. Sonst hat es eh gepasst. Nachdem ich drei Wochen auf den Servistermin warten musste, hatte ich den Eindruck, dass alles sehr schnell abgearbeitet wird und eventuell nicht genau kontrolliert wird. Had my bike in service. The circuit was not adjusted properly. A simple ultegra. When driving uphill under stress, when I shifted from 2nd to 3rd gear, I first had to go to 4th and then back. That should not happen. The new brake shoes squeak when driving downhill. Otherwise it worked anyway. After I had to wait three weeks for the service appointment, I had the impression that everything was being processed very quickly and that it might not be precisely controlled.

A	Andy Kraut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 2 Wochen zum Retül-Bikefitting gewesen. 3 Stunden lang hat der gute Mann am Fahrrad die optimale Einstellung zwischen Renn- und Endurancesetup gesucht. Das Ergebnis ist der Hammer, ich kann nach 160km und mehreren 1000 Höhenmetern immer noch entspannt meinen FTP treten. Die Frau war danach so beeindruckt, dass Sie in der Woche darauf ebenfalls Ihre schon von einem anderen Fitter eingestellte Position optimieren lies, mit Erfolg. Der Service ist absolut zu empfehlen, freundlich und mit grossem Wissen. Went to the Retül bike fitting two weeks ago. The good man on the bike spent 3 hours looking for the optimal setting between racing and endurance setup. The result is awesome, I can still step on my FTP relaxed after 160km and several 1000 meters of altitude. The woman was so impressed afterwards that in the following week she also had the position already set by another fitter optimized, with success. The service is highly recommended, friendly and knowledgeable.

Habe angerufen - Chef persönlich hat mir telefonisch zugesagt, dass ich umgehend vorbeikommen kann um die kleine Reparatur an meinem Rennrad durchzuführen. Gesagt - getan bin ich vorbeigekommen und mir wurde sehr rasch geholfen. Ein Feedback aus meiner Sicht: auch wenn es nicht immer möglich ist, die Freundlichkeit war nicht bei jedem Mitarbeiter auf oberster Priorität, aber ich denke konstruktive Kritik hilft immer & wie gesagt mich hat es nicht gestört. Da die meisten extrem frueundlich, kompetent & was für mich am Wichtigsten ist: sehr kundenorientiert! Kann diese Firma sehr weiter empfehlen & freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch! Very satisfied! I called - the boss personally promised me by phone that I can come by immediately to carry out the small repair on my racing bike. No sooner said than done, I stopped by and was helped very quickly. Feedback from my point of view: even if it is not always possible, friendliness was not a top priority for every employee, but I think constructive criticism always helps & as I said, it didn't bother me. Since most of them are extremely friendly, competent & what is most important to me: very customer-oriented! Can highly recommend this company & look forward to your next visit!

They were busy but attended my bike straight away as they saw I was in a rush. Fixed it within 20 minutes, good fair price and I was on my way. Great shop - thank you team.
