★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuscht von der Bank seit der Zusammenführung der Filialen hat der Service sehr stark nachgelassen. Mittlerweile hat man es geschafft einen zweiten Bargeldmanager zu organisieren hoffentlich ist der nicht auch ständig kaputt.
Very disappointed with the bank since the branches were merged, the service has declined significantly. In the meantime, they have managed to organize a second cash manager, hopefully it is not always broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die herablassende Art und Weise einer Ihrer Kundenbetreuer mir gegenüber hat mich schockiert. Auch hat derselbe Herr sich über seine Kollegen gegenüber ("Frau ... ist heute nicht da, weil bei uns gehen manche halt gerne Urlaub") abfällig geäußert. Ein derart unprofessionelles Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel!
The condescending way one of your account managers has shocked me. Also the same gentleman has expressed disapproval of his colleagues ("Mrs. ... is not there today because some of us like to go on holiday"). Such unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable!
