ā ā ā ā ā Eine sehr kleine und enge Poststelle. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und arbeitet schnell. Es gibt auch einen sehr groĆen Parkplatz.
 A very small and tight post office. The staff is very friendly and works fast. There is also a very large parking lot.

ā ā ā ā ā Unfreundliches Personal. Mƶchte eigene Inkompetenz dem Kunden anhƤngen. Vor allem die Dunkelhaarige, in den Farbtopf gefallene Mitarbeiterin.
Unfriendly staff. Would like to attach own incompetence to the customer. Especially the dark-haired, fallen in the paint pot employee.

ā ā ā ā ā ĆuĆerst unhƶflicher und wenig Kunden freundlicher Betrieb! 20 cm Klebestreifen, zur besseren Verpackung des Paketes, hƤtten 0,50 ā¬ kosten sollen!
Extremely rude and little customer friendly operation! 20 cm tape, for better packaging of the package, should have cost ā¬ 0.50!

ā ā ā ā ā ĆuĆerst unfreundliches und inkompetentes Personal!! Als Kunde wird man nicht Ć¼ber die Preiszusammenstellungen informiert. Sehr Ć¼berteuert. Es wird auch nach aufmerksam machen auf eine einfache Aufgabe, die teuerste Variante verrechnet.
Extremely rude and incompetent staff !! As a customer, you are not informed about the price combinations. Very overpriced. Even after drawing attention to a simple task, the most expensive variant will be charged.

ā ā ā ā ā Wollte ein Paket versenden aber da ich bei der Arbeit nur eine Op maske brauche und ich im Auto keine FFP2 hatte, ging ich so rein. Habe freundlich gegrĆ¼Ćt und gab der Angestellten das Paket. Als sie meine Op maske gesehen hat sagte (sehr unfreundlich)sie dass sie mich gar nicht bedienen brauche mit so einer Maske. Wollte gar nicht weiter diskutieren und ging raus.
I wanted to send a package, but since I only need a surgical mask at work and I didn't have an FFP2 in the car, I went in that way. I said hello and handed the package to the employee. When she saw my op mask (very unfriendly) she said that she didn't need to serve me with such a mask. Didn't want to discuss any further and went out.

ā ā ā ā ā Als ich das GeschƤft betrat, wurde ich sehr unhƶflich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich angeblich eine falsche Maske aufhabe. Ich antwortete, dass ich ganz maskenbefreit bin und demnach eigentlich Ć¼berhaupt keine aufhaben mĆ¼sste. Nun zum interessanten Teil meiner Erfahrung: die eine Mitarbeiterin trug Ć¼berhaupt keine Maske, weil sie angeblich schwanger sei und dies nicht mĆ¼sse. Ich wies die Dame darauf hin, dass sie natĆ¼rlich auch als schwangere Frau einen normalen MNS tragen mĆ¼sse. DafĆ¼r wurde ich sehr unhƶflich ,,angeschnauzt''. Die zweite Mitarbeiterin trug eine FFP2 Maske, in die sie beidseitig tiefe Schnitte geschnitten hatte, um besser Luft zu bekommen. Auch diese erklƤrte mir sehr unfreundlich, dass sie ja 8h/Tag arbeite und dies nur so kƶnne. Gut, aber wenn diese Damen sich angeblich so toll mit dem Gesetz auskennen und mein Attest inspizieren mĆ¼ssen, dann sollen sie zuerst an sich selbst arbeiten, bzw. selbst KORREKT den Covid-MaĆnahmen nachgehen. Insgesamt vermittelte mir dieser ,,Besuch'' den Eindruck, kriminell zu sein, da mehrmals darauf hingewiesen wurde, wie strafbar ich mich machen wĆ¼rde.
When I walked into the store, I was warned very rudely that I was supposed to be wearing a fake mask. I replied that I am completely mask-free and therefore actually don't have to wear any. Now to the interesting part of my experience: one of the employees didn't wear a mask at all because she was supposedly pregnant and didn't have to. I pointed out to the lady that, of course, even as a pregnant woman she had to wear a normal MNS. For this I was "snapped at" very rudely. The second employee was wearing an FFP2 mask in which she had cut deep cuts on both sides to get better air. She also explained to me very unfriendly that she worked 8 hours a day and could only do this like that. Good, but if these ladies are supposedly so familiar with the law and have to inspect my certificate, then they should work on themselves first, or CORRECTLY pursue the Covid measures themselves. Overall, this "visit" gave me the impression of being a criminal, as it was pointed out several times how criminal I would be.

ā ā ā ā ā Die Dame die fĆ¼r die Post zustƤndig ist, ist sehr unfreundlich und unkompetent!!
Schnauzt einen an, weil man die Adresse nicht auf das Paket geklebt hat.
Beim letzten Mal sagte Sie noch zu mir ich brauche es nicht aufkleben.
Ich werde dies auch der Post melden.
The lady who is responsible for the post office is very unfriendly and incompetent!!

ā ā ā ā ā we sent a letter via EMS for about EUR 50,- as it was really urgent. They told us EMS is fastest. We sent from Villach on Saturday noon and it was received in Germany on Wednesday noon. DHL would have delivered faster for less than half price
