Awesome! I truly was on a cloud number nine skiing on Atomic Cloud Nine from Sport Nenner. A big thank you to all the people who take care about the ski and all the people in Sport Nenner shops. They are really nice and witty people.

Quality equipment and knowledgeable service. Optimally located next to the valley station and the company even provides "service depots" up at the ski area.

###to the arguments of company: Most of the gloves sold have problems with the strap that holds the glove on wrist. Unless all of them are used, it is quite strange that 4 pieces we looked at have the same problem - the photo attached is one of the products sold, the other of the product I wanted to return. Sorry, by looking at your response, Nenner is really experienced in the need of 1-1 exchanges. Nice to see process for this, since there is no process for official claim. We have not agreed that official claim is the way - I wanted to wait 6 months to have a statement from Reusch. Unfortunately Nenner have no option to make claim (leaving you my address on a piece of paper is not an option). Nenner sells damaged products and has no will to solve the claim. The only solution for them is to give you voucher for another shopping by Nenner. Detailed description of the experience: I bought Reusch gloves for 130 €. After one day and two hours on slope, I have realized that the right glove hangs only on one thread. I put the left glove down and the same problem was just starting. I went back to Nenner to solve this problem. They were super kind. They offered me to exchange the product one for one. Wow. I was amazed. I just needed to go to the other shop where the relevant size was. Ok, no problem. The issue occurred when I realized that all the gloves have some problem. Ok, problem by producer. Let’s solve it together. Nope. After half an hour of negotiations there are two options found. Voucher (I need gloves, not new skis, alsi I live 500 km away) or official claim to Reusch (wow, really? Perfect let’s do this). Another surprise - Nenner don’t have any protocol. β€œJust leave us here your address, gloves and bill and we will send it to you after 6 months which is Reusch’s official time for claims.” Whaaaat? Result: I have my damaged super brand, super expensive gloves and need to repair them alone. Nenner - Never more!

I rented my complete ski equipment there. Everything was in a very good shape, high quality, fast and pleasant service... They have multiple shops also up on the mountain - when I realized after a few rides that my shoes do not fit quite well, I was able to change them for a better fit in just 5 minutes in one of these higher altitude shops - free of charge, no questions asked. We returned the ski on the last day in another shop - in the Tux village - which was far closer to where we skied that day than the shop in Hintertux where we rented them the first day. Again with no problems whatsoever. I don't think you can get such a good and flexible service anywhere else in Zillertal...

Top service and great quality skis! It was also great that they had a depot and we could leave the equipment there overnight (so we didnt need to walk around with it)

The best service! We rent ski and e-bikes. Klaus THANK YOU for professional attitude. We received new good almost new ski and boots. Ebikes were also awesom. I recomend this place!

Super helpful staff, one of screws of my snowboard can’t be taken off, they spent more than 40 minutes to help to get it off and put a new one on. (Low season) would love to visit again .
