F	F P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rundum hervorrangender Service! Am Ankunftstag bei der Filiale in Hintertux, Skier geliehen. Auf Nachfrage, diese eventuell wechseln zu können, wurde schon angekündigt, dass dies bequem an der Bergstation (Gletschershop), möglich ist. Meinen abgegebenen Daten beim Leihen vom Vortag entsprechend, wurde dann ein neuer Ski geliehen und die Bindung eingestellt danach angesetellt. Die Preise für Skier, Taschen, etc. sind naturgemäß etwas höher als im Internet. Für mich aber in diesem Fall kein Grund dort nicht zu kaufen. Schlussendlich habe ich Skier, Skischuhtasche, Skitasche und neue Stecken gekauft. Ich hatte eig garnicht vor Skier zu kaufen. Aber ohne die gute und große Auswahl der Leihski, wäre ich sicher nicht auf meinen neuen Traumski gestoßen. Die beiden Mitarbeiter vor Ort (Michael und Martina), haben den Großeinkauf zum Vergnügen gemacht. Weiter so! Danke für den super Service! All-round excellent service! According to the data I gave when renting the day before, a new ski was then borrowed and the binding adjusted afterwards. The prices for skis, bags, etc. are naturally somewhat higher than on the internet. In this case, I see no reason not to buy there. In the end I bought skis, a ski boot bag, a ski bag and new sticks. I had no intention of buying skis. But without the good and large selection of rental skis, I certainly would not have found my new dream skis. The two employees on site (Michael and Martina) made the bulk purchase a pleasure. Keep it up! Thanks for the great service!

Man reist entspannt mit Ski-und Gletscherbus in Turnschuhen bis zum Tuxer Fernerhaus und übernimmt dort die gepflegten Ski. Wünsche werden immer berücksichtigt. Wir reservieren und zahlen immer im voraus, so gibt es keine langen Wartezeiten. Am Nachmittag gibt man alles ins Depot und fährt entspannt zurück ins Quartier. Grosses Lob an das Personal von Sport Nenner immer nett und freundlich. We come every year and borrow ski equipment. You can travel relaxed with the ski and glacier bus in sneakers to the Tuxer Fernerhaus and take over the well-groomed skis there. Requests are always taken into account. We always reserve and pay in advance, so there are no long waiting times. In the afternoon you give everything to the depot and relax and drive back to your quarters. Kudos to the staff at Sport Nenner, always nice and friendly.

As soon as I made a complaint, the staff reacted instantly and brought me completely new boots-the same model like I had. I must say that Nenner staff showed how to deal with customer satisfacion in the right way. Mistakes can happen, but the way they reacted to fix the problem, is amazing. That is why I will always come to Sport Nenner shops when I am in Hintertux
