★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in the US and have been looking for an Arcteryx shirt in a popular color from last season. I found one in Austria (Insider Sportshop) and one in Finland and purchased both. (I also found one in Canada but the store would not ship to the US and a few from a really sketchy China based site.)
The shopping experience with Insider was excellent. Their site includes the option to switch the language over to English. The total cost was very reasonable with shipping to Virginia as the product cost less than what it would here in the US - total with shipping cost about $13 more which is pretty great.
I had to ask them a question through email and a wonderful lady responded the next day. Note: Upon entering my credit card information, I had to respond to a text alert on my phone asking if I was indeed making a purchase overseas (fraud protection) and then refresh the credit card page to get it to accept payment.
The item was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition in just 7 days.
Very happy!
