★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Skilehrer sind sehr gut und freundlich, aber der Mann im Büro am Talstation Hintertux ist so schrecklich dass ich für die Skischule nur hoffe dass sie schnell einen Stellvertreter für ihm finden!
The ski instructors are very good and friendly, but the man in the office at the valley station in Hintertux is so terrible that I only hope for the ski school that they will quickly find a representative for him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaring gehad. Let op wanneer je reserveert. Artikel 4.5 van de algemene voorwaarden zijn zo absurd dat klantvriendelijkheid ver zoek is.
Hebben 3 dagen cursus na 1 dag gewoon gestopt zonder enige compensatie. Na stevig aandringen kregen we uiteindelijk wel geld terug maar we blijven zitten met zeer onbehaaglijk gevoel. Dit is het toppunt van klantONvriendelijke organisatie.
We leiden klacht in bij de Oostenrijkse ombudsdienst alsook op Europees niveau zodat er hopelijk wat aan gedaan wordt. Klant boven alles.
Had a very bad experience. Pay attention when you book. Article 4.5 of the general terms and conditions are so absurd that customer friendliness is required.
Have just stopped 3 days course after 1 day without any compensation. After firm insistence we eventually got a refund, but we are left with very uncomfortable feeling. This is the pinnacle of customer UNfriendly organization.
We will file a complaint with the Austrian ombudsman service as well as at European level so that hopefully something is done about it. Customer above all else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hier gearbeitet und kann nur das sagen: der Unterricht ist gut organisiert und die Kollegen sind super, aber wie der Büroleiter Georg Egger a.k.a Willi mit Kollegen (und Kunden) umgeht, ist einfach unverschämt. Extrem unfreundlich, arrogant und unfähig. Wer die anderen Kommentare hier gelesen hat, kann sehen, dass er grossenteils der Grund ist für die schlechte Gesamtbewertung dieser Skischule.
I worked here and I can only say that: the lessons are well organized and the colleagues are great, but how the office manager Georg Egger a.k.a Willi deals with colleagues (and customers) is simply outrageous. Extremely rude, arrogant and incapable. Those who have read the other comments here, can see that he is in great part the reason for the bad Overall this ski school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had practiced for 4 days with Georg and it was great! He was really patient and understanding and explained everything really well. As a beginner I appreciated especially the high variety of exercises and that he repeatedly asked us the basic rules. I will remember them next year for sure. I am extremely happy to have the video he took of me at the end, such a great memory :)
