Our group of 31 people has been coming to Austria for 15 years. Not every hotel likes to receive groups, no matter how well-mannered we are. But in Neu-Hintertux really nothing is too much. The rooms are super comfortable, the facilities of the hotel (wellness, ski room, meeting rooms ...) are excellent. In the name of the whole group, I recommend this hotel very warmly !

There are lots of guests that return year after year and it is easy to see why. We have stayed 4 times and we will be back again. I highly recommend the Hotel Neuhintertux.

We are very satisfied with the accomodation, cooking, happy staff, wellness and the fact that you are so close to the cable car. The only thing we "cannot order" is the weather. But that is neither your or our thing. :)

When I am not in Hintertux sometimes I close my eyes and visit my friends at the hotel Neuhintertux. The staff works hard with smiling faces to make an unforgettable experience. The spa is perfect after a long day on the glacier. You can walk to the lifts. The gift shop downstairs may be the best gift shop in the world. Thank you for so many memories Hotel Neuhintertux!!

I read a review saying the rooms were old, which I think is certainly not the case. Rather they’re traditional, which, beside the picturesque nature, is what people love about Austria in general. On top of that the hotel stands out with a great pool area and outstanding staff. You get the feeling that the employees genuinely want to be at work.

The spa area is clean and the right size of the hotel meaning it was never overly busy. There was evening entertainment in the bar area on some evenings and its a great place to relax after a day im the mountains. The staff were so friendly and happy speaking to everybody and their awareness of diners was very high. Rooms were well cleaned and the reception staff were helpful for everything we asked and more. I will definitely stay here again!
