Service haben wir als äußerst unfreundlich empfunden. Nachdem ich mehrmals erwähnt habe, dass ich keinen skihelm oder brille brauche, da ich beides nur vergessen habe und leihen wollte, wurde ich immer wieder schnippisch angemacht, dass man sowas doch immer gebrauchen könne und ich es notfalls auch nach dem Kauf verschenken oder verkaufen kann. So ging das dann drei mal hin und her, während ich mir skisocken und Handschuhe angeschaut habe. Die billigsten Modelle wurden auch erst gezeigt, nachdem man mehrfach nachgehackt hat. Was soll sowas?

Service we found extremely rude. After I have mentioned several times that I do not need a ski helmet or glasses, since I only forgot both and wanted to borrow, I was always turned on snippy that you could always use something and I can give it away if necessary even after the purchase or sale , So that went back and forth three times, while I looked at skisocks and gloves. The cheapest models were also shown after having chopped several times. What should something like that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor selection. Rude service. Seems to be some sort of established franchise in the region, though I can't figure out why. I would avoid this shop in hinter tux at all costs. The owner seems to think that training his staff to forbid photographs will prevent shoppers from buying online instead, what a tool, your "training" lost you a big sale that day.
Bottom line, there are plenty of better options like insider where they actually care about helping customers.

They tell you some stories about Austria’s law, but please check Europe law and regulation of consumers protection. Danke shon.
