If you are looking for a relaxing spot to recharge then you should very much consider going. It is a long long trip from Australia but i think we will hopefully be making it back again in the future.

Breakfast is poor for what is normal in Austrian Tyrol. Rooms in the main hotel are horrible, old and most with views to the road and buildings. As a result, they will sell you much more expensive ones (and you will buy them). Spa small for the size of the hotel.

The kids just sat near the stairs, while us adults had a swim anyways. There were no towels available either. You expect that at least!! Luckily we had one with us that we shared. Afterwards, Spoke to the lady at reception about the depth of the pool being not suited for the kids and she meant that it was our fault that we didnt ask about the depth!! Lol. Anyways.. she spoke to her manager and eventually refunded us the ticket price for our 2 kids. All in all.. good place for adult swimmer but not for families with young kids! If you are not staying there then bring your towels!!
Y	Yvette Yeates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand old hotel with all the facilities, views and fantastic staff. My kids were there with Austrian Race Camps and I stayed for 3 nights too. The buffet and a la carte food was superb, staff were friendly, patient and funny... I loved our waiter. But what is truly amazing about this place, we managed to leave a kindle some clothing or something was lost. And the hotel would find them and send them back to us. More than a month later another package arrives and inside is my lost wallet with my residence permit AND the money! This hotel is amazing! Thank you. Highly recommended.

R	Ramata Sore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was spacious with most of the useful amenities: robes with shoes. Bag with towels for the swimming pool. However, there was no minibar, no tee or café service and ustensiles in the room. The light in the room and in the hallway are not so bright. While on the shower, I pressed the soap provider and the whole opened: I was choked to certainties. For ages no-one has cleaned it. After that I decided to enjoy myself in the swimming pool. I needed to shower again as required. The walls in the bathroom were like painted with moulds coupled with an unpleasant odor. The swimming pool was warm and from it one can enjoy the awesome views of the mountains. Approaching the one of the windows I was taken aback: a mountain of moulds and even the nice decorations in room could not make me forget what I just saw. In the sauna with very really nice commodities, were again moulds and moulds... And I have started to question the quality of the foods, delicous by the way, gotten at breakfast and dinner.

The bathroom had only a small TL light over the mirror, no shower, only a bath without anything to hang up the spray. Small living room with a couch I don't want to know what it already sustained. The beds were good and we had a great view on the mountains. But if you want to travel back in time and leave all comfort behind make sure they book you in the old part of the hotel. Room 74 I believe. The breakfast and dinner is great. The swimming is dated but has an amazing view. Good hotel but our room was...
