I've never gotten such a clean bike back from service as with Mathis. It went faster than expected. Great staff. Super Service. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Suche nach einem neuen Fahrrad sind wir natürlich direkt zu Sport Mathis. Ich hatte mit ihm immer die professionelle Beratung verknüpft.
Heute wurde ich eines besseren belehrt: Unkompetente Beratung, keine Räder da und ich bin mit 1,85m fast zu groß für Fahrräder ???♂️
Mit einem freundlichen Danke begebe ich mich zu anderen Fachhändlern und hoffe auf professionelle Beratung!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer nur einen Funken Wert auf eine gute Werkstatt legt, muss zu Sport Mathis gehen. Die Mechaniker kennen sich aus, sind freundlich und setzen sich für den Kunden ein! Da sind Welten zu herkömmlichen Fahrradhändlern oder Sportgeschäften. Gratulation an die Werkstattmannschaft mit Chef Enrico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Sport Mathis in Hohenems habe ich vor einigen Jahren ein Fahrrad gekauft, der Service war sehr gut, das Rad wurde extra eingestellt und es gab eine gute Einweisung in die Pflege und Behandlung des Fahrrads.
Ich hatte bisher (obwohl ich nicht sehr oft fahre) nie Probleme damit. Ich würde wieder zum Sport Mathis gehen und kann diesen Sportartikel Händler aufgrund meiner Erfahrung ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
A few years ago I bought a bike at the Sport Mathis in Hohenems, the service was very good, the bike was set extra and there was a good instruction in the care and treatment of the bike.
I have never had problems with it (although I do not drive very often). I would go back to Sport Mathis and can recommend this sporting goods dealer with a clear conscience based on my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst ein Stern ist Zuviel! Hab ein neues Rad von über € 5.000,— gekauft. Nach vielen Problemen die nicht gelöst werden konnten hab ich mit dem Hersteller selbst Kontakt aufnehmen müssen. Kundenservice ist sehr schlecht. Kein Entgegenkommen. Die schlechteste Wahl - Sport Mathis in Hohenems
