Great advice and service, not the cheapest place to go, but if you have something, the team will take care of it and not just let it stand, as it has already experienced elsewhere. In Zeiten der Coronapandemie hat es der Einzelhandel sicher nicht einfach, keine Frage. Aus diesem Grund möchte ich den lokalen Handel auch unterstützen und vermehrt dort einkaufen. Als Kunde allerdings erwarte ich mir, dass dies (auch von GF, in diesem Fall beratend) geschätzt und mir der notwendige Respekt, sowie Kundenfreundlichkeit entgegengebracht wird. Generell, jedoch gerade in diesen schweren Zeiten, wo wir mehr aufeinander achten müssen, denn je. Würde ich mich super in einem Thema (in diesem Fall Sportzubehör) auskennen, bräuchte ich keine Beratung, die mich bzw. uns dann zudem noch ziemlich dumm dastehen ließ. War heute sicher ein Einzelfall und lag bestimmt am Wetter ;) First of all the positive: the employees are really very friendly and helpful and are in no way affected by the criticism below. In the era of the corona pandemic, retail is certainly not easy, no question. For this reason, I would also like to support local trade and buy more there. As a customer, however, I expect that this will be appreciated (also by GF, in this case advisory) and that I will be shown the necessary respect and customer friendliness. Generally, but especially in these difficult times when we have to pay more attention to each other than ever. If I were very knowledgeable about a subject (in this case sports accessories), I would not need any advice that would make me or us look rather stupid. Was certainly an isolated case today and was definitely due to the weather;)

Very friendly on the phone and in the shop. Very competent advice on smartwatches ... I am very satisfied with my suunto 9 peak.

So muss das sein :-) very, very good advice, especially in the area of shoes, ski boots and skis. Great selection of good sporting goods and sportswear. Friendly and competent. That's the way it has to be :-)

Jetzt komme ich heute vorbei um einen Ausfuhrschein von 2020 (ca. 1.5 Jahre alt) "einzulösen" (50EUR) - war ja ne Pandemie in der Zwischenzeit ?. Nein, bei Berchtold geht das nicht - das geht aus kaufmännischen Gründen nicht, weil er zu alt ist. Ok, kann man so machen - aber dann kann ich mein Geld zukünftig auch woanders ausgeben. Schade drum - hab den sonstigen Service gemocht.

Included a pre- fit shell moulding then a seperate shell and sock heat fitting, with foam pads on the foot pressure points in the sock. Also cool pads used to get the boot shell cooled after the fitting. Good with answering questions and patient when it came to communicating technical points in 2 languages. The fit is really good but I have yet to test on the slopes, however there is the Promise that they'll keep making adjustments until it's perfect, if needed. Bertchtold give a good reason to support your local, family-owned businesses rather than some of the dubious national companies in Austria. The price was no more than all the rest, but the service was better and advice was more relevant! Recommended!
