Wer Qualität will muss zwar ab und zu etwas mehr bezahlen aber dafür wird man gut beraten und beim Sport ist eh wichtig dass alles sicher ist. I bin im großen und ganzen ganz zufrieden mit diesem Fahrradgeschäft und kann es nur weiterempfehlen ??☺️ I think the staff is nice and competent ... If you want quality you have to pay a little more from time to time, but you get good advice and when doing sports it is important that everything is safe. By and large, I am quite satisfied with this bike shop and can only recommend it ??☺️

Hat immer gepasst, einzig öfters mal muss man ein wenig mehr Zeit mitbringen ;-) Great bike shop, we had both new bikes and older ones for service there. It always worked, only often you have to bring a little more time ;-)
T	Tina Marte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte ein Woom Fahrrad für meinen Sohn kaufen. Da einiges los war erbarmte sich ein Mechaniker aus der Werkstatt Kunden zu betreuen. Eine Dame mit 2 Kindern wollte einen Helm und die pappige Antwort war sie soll doch selber im oberen Stock schauen. Ich fragte dann nach einem Woom Rad das vor der Tür stand, "die sind alle scho verkoft, musch domma luaga obs no was hat," war seine Antwort. Als ich ihm sagte daß ich oben die gewünschte Größe nicht gesehen habe meinte er "jo denn homr halt keins mehr" aber sowas von rotzfrech und unhöflich. Habe das Geschäft dann verlassen und im Radhaus in Rankweil ein KU Bike gekauft. Top Beratung, und dazu gab's noch eine Trinkflaschenhalterung mit Trinkflasche und eine Schildkappe gratis dazu. Wanted to buy a Woom bike for my son. Since there was a lot going on, a mechanic from the workshop took pity on looking after customers. A lady with 2 children wanted a helmet and the sticky answer was that she should look upstairs herself. I then asked for a Woom bike that was in front of the door, "they're all already sold, musch domma luaga obs no what has," was his answer. When I told him that I didn't see the size he wanted above, he said "yeah, homr just not anymore" but something cheeky and rude. I then left the shop and bought a KU bike in the Radhaus in Rankweil. Top advice, and there was also a drinking bottle holder with a drinking bottle and a shield cap free of charge.
Φ	Φλοριαν on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einmal und nie wieder. Also wohl unzuverlässiger geht nicht mehr. Auf der Suche nach einem Fahrrad ist man auf dieses Geschäft gestoßen. Das Erste was in diesem Geschäft auffiel, war das die derzeit geltenden Pflichten bezüglich FFP2 Masken hier nicht gelten. Man mag dazu stehen wie man will, aber wenn es allgemeine Regeln gibt…. Bezüglich Rad fündig geworden, noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten dazu. Termin vereinbart. Alles soweit ok. Telefonisch noch einmal nachgefragt, Termin wurde bestätigt. Abholtag gekommen, richtige Uhrzeit. Rad nicht fertig. Man solle es doch am Nachmittag noch einmal probieren. Probieren? Montage von Kleinteilen muss wohl eine Herausforderung sein. Und bei so einem Service beklagen die Geschäftsleute, dass zu viele Menschen auf den Onlinehandel umsteigen? Liebe Gewerbetreibende, das Service am Kunden ist was Euch vom Onlinehandel unterscheidet. Once and never again. So probably unreliable is no more. Found this shop while looking for a bike. The first thing that struck you in this business was that the current obligations regarding FFP2 masks do not apply here. Feel free to say what you want, but if there are general rules…. I found what I was looking for with regard to the wheel, and a few more little things. appointment agreed. Everything ok. Called again, appointment was confirmed. Collection day arrived, right time. bike not finished. You should try again in the afternoon. Try? Assembly of small parts must be a challenge. And with such a service, business people complain that too many people are switching to online trading? Dear tradespeople, customer service is what distinguishes you from online trading.
