Das Fahrrad erhielten wir am nächsten Tag perfekt geputzt und repariert zurück zu einem sehr fairen Preis. 5+1 Sterne. Grüße an das Team, werde das Rocky Mountain Carbon bei euch noch bestellen. ? Had to renew an MTB Bowden cable. Absolutely nice guys in the workshop. We got the bike perfectly cleaned and repaired the next day at a very fair price. 5 + 1 stars. Es gab reichlich Auswahl und Preise waren auf Internet dumping Niveau. Also alles top!!! Top service and friendly. We quickly needed brake pads for the front and rear, as there were more descents than planned XD. There was plenty of choice and prices were on the internet dumping level. So everything is great!

It is very, very dependent on which consultant you get. We have had super good experiences up next to the Gigijochbahn and in the main office.

S	Stefan Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben im Februar 2022 dort für unsere Kinder Ski mit Schuhen geliehen. Das Ausleihen erfolgte zügig und problemlos Punkt das Personal war nett. Zusätzlich haben wir noch zwei skidepots gebucht. In jedes Depot passen zwei Paar Ski und zwei paar Schuhe. Zusätzlich gibt es im oberen Teil nur eine kleine Ablage, was das Verstauen der Helme zu einem Balanceakt macht Punkt warum hier keine Haken vorgesehen sind, keine Ahnung. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Tatsache dass man das Depot einen Tag länger buchen muss als die Ski, da das Depot ansonsten morgens um 10 Uhr geräumt werden muss. Einen weiteren Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Tatsache, dass im Skidepot sehr viele Kunden ohne Maske herumgelaufen sind und dies durch die Mitarbeiter nicht kontrolliert wurde. We rented skis with boots for our children there in February 2022. The loan was quick and easy point the staff was nice. In addition, we have booked two ski depots. Two pairs of skis and two pairs of shoes fit into each depot. In addition, there is only a small shelf in the upper part, which makes storing the helmets a balancing act. No idea why there are no hooks here. There is a point deduction for the fact that you have to book the depot one day longer than the skis, otherwise the depot has to be cleared by 10 a.m. in the morning. There is another point deducted for the fact that a lot of customers walked around in the ski depot without a mask and this was not checked by the employees.

A	Ales Marvan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ski Rental. The staff were actually helpful at the start but at return they pulled a 180. They do not treat their customers fair once they get them roped in and apply extra charges. No respect for their customers. Rented skiis late morning for a day and asked when to return them by. Employee said tomorrow. I asked what time and they said 6pm. I specifically asked again to reconfirm to make sure that what he said was correct as I thought it might not be, he reconfirmed. Late morning end of next business day doesnt matter that's the policy good. I paid and rented the skiis and upon returning them the next day was charged for a second day and treated with disrespect. Same employee was there and confirmed what he said to the girl giving the charge, supposedly what he said was wrong but the girl there didnt care. To not ruin my time I paid and told them I will put up a review as I was wronged. If your employee says one thing they represent the store, their word to me is key especially when there is no paperwork or anything anywhere to contradict that word. I would not recommend a store with such business practices and never will. I would have rented again later in the week but now took my business to a local shop where business practices are as I would expect fair and honest.
