Servizio al cliente senza competenza e una grande arroganza. Unfortunately is not possible to give a negative score. They are not guest-friendly and very very arrogant

They are almost angry if you are not taking an insurance and don’t try to make changes because “the computer says no”.

After the first day my dad had an unfortunate incident and couldn’t ski anymore. Both of us received a full cash back for the remaining days. Even I who was not injured. I give them highest rating for service, professionalism and kindness. Fredrik from Sweden ??
S	Shane R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipment was in good condition (I hired skis, boots and poles), but the place was busy when collecting, so staff didn't have time to get the best fitting boot, but what they gave me was fine for a beginner taking lessons. Unfortunately I had to return all the equipment early, but they claimed to have different details on their system suggesting I had a 4-day rental (despite me having the receipt from collection showing 7 days) so they refused a refund for the early return. Rating at slightly below average due to the poor customer service.

D	Darcy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop crew cheated on us by selling the unnecessarily most expensive Skipass: knowing that we are ski beginners but refused to give us enough information on Skipass, the man in the picture made each of us pay extra 25 euro per day for the Skipass and afterwards rudely refused any explanation on this matter. Terrible business conduct. Very bad impression of sport 4 you.

C	Calin Cosma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought skis, bindings, pants and a ski jacket from this shop a few years ago. After years of using them I am still happy with the purchase. To get a better price, it's probably a good idea to buy these items during the off-season (late spring/summer).
