Een echte aanrader?
Definitely worth all the stars! Great location near the elevator. The landlords are very friendly and polite. Nice big and very clean apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Haus Schöpf lIegt erstklassig an der Giggijochbahn! ? nur 1x um die Ecke und schon kann man in die Gondel einsteigen. Wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so ist das Appartement sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Mitte des Aufenthaltes werden ebenfalls Handtücher gewechselt, der Müll geleert und 1x durchgesaugt (sofern gewünscht)
Die Abzüge bei den Sternen gebe ich wegen der vorhandenen Hausordnung. So darf man nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr duschen und auch keine Musik mehr hören (Zimmerlautstärke), da sich die Schlafräume der Vermieter direkt unter einem befinden.
Für einen HotSpot wie Sölden mitten im Zentrum sollte das meiner Meinung explizit bei Buchung genannt werden, oder die Hausordnung auf der Website veröffentlicht werden. Grade nach einer 2-jährigen Corona-Zwangspause möchte man doch im Urlaub vielleicht mal etwas länger unterwegs sein…
Haus Schöpf is in a prime location on the Giggijochbahn! ? just 1x around the corner and you can get into the gondola. Even though it is a bit old, the apartment is very clean and well-kept. In the middle of the stay, towels are also changed, the garbage is emptied and vacuumed once (if desired)
I deduct the stars because of the existing house rules. You can't shower after 10 p.m. and you can't listen to music (room volume), because the landlord's bedrooms are directly below you.
For a HotSpot like Sölden right in the center, I think this should be explicitly mentioned when booking, or the house rules should be published on the website. Especially after a 2-year Corona break, you might want to be on the road a little longer on vacation...
