Die Jacke hatte einen kleinen Riss. Obwohl ich nicht in Sölden wohne, erwies sich der Vorgang als schnell und einfach. Jacke hinschicken, diese wurde dann professionell und anstandslos repariert und wieder an mich zurück geschickt. Das ist Service. Kaufen kann man einfach überall, aber gerade der Service bei Problemen oder Reklamationen ist das entscheidende Merkmal für die Qualität eines Shops. Also hier volle Punktzahl!
I bought a Lindeberg jacket here over a year ago. Apart from the fact that I love the jacket, the shop's service in particular has proven itself. The jacket had a small tear. Although I don't live in Sölden, the process turned out to be quick and easy. Send the jacket, it was repaired professionally and without any problems and sent back to me. That is service.
