Super Service, sehr nette Jungs die dort arbeiten! Haben uns bei allem weitergeholfen was so anstand, von Beratung über Skischuhe tauschen bis zu Apres Ski Tipps. :) Immer wieder gerne!
Great service, very nice guys who work there! They helped us with everything that was needed, from advice on swapping ski boots to apres ski tips. :) Always my pleasure!

Waren übers Wochenende in Sölden und hatten unsere Ski im Depot abgegeben. Top Service, sehr nette und kompetente Jungs! Ob Tipps für die Pisten als auch für Après-Ski einfach top. Preislich auch sehr fair?? Beim nächsten Mal direkt wieder! Mit Abstand der beste Service rund um Ski in Sölden!!!
We were in Sölden over the weekend and had left our skis at the depot. Top service, very nice and competent guys! Whether tips for the slopes or for après-ski simply top. The price is also very fair Next time right back! By far the best service for skiing in Sölden!!!

Geweldige hulp bij een ski-verwisseling. Afgelopen weekend zijn mijn ski's verwisseld. Ik was helaas al naar huis toen de gene die de verkeerde heeft meegenomen ze is gaan inleveren. Ondanks dat hebben ze me direct gebeld en wordt alles opgestuurd. Super service en super hulp bij dit probleem!

Friendly staff, but I did not see much desire to help in choosing the right equipment. Good quality of equipment, but they don't have all sizes. Only whole sizes(like 27, 28, 29), don't have 27.5, 28.5 and it's a big pain...

No complaints about the equipment, however the employees could do much better as far as customer service is concerned. After one or two days of skiing, I came in asking for smaller radius skiis. The employee helped me in the end, but didn’t hold himself back from saying things such as “what do you expect, you paid for the cheapest skiis” (not true, but irrelevant). When returning the equipment, the employee told me (as opposed to ‘asked me’) to “close the bindings and bring the boots back to me”. No problem, except once I had closed the bindings the said employee was gone. I saw him having a phone call, sitting on a bench in the shop. I went to him to enquire whether I was good to go, but he did not bother acknowledging my existence; I had to ask his colleague at the counter. Sport Brugger was relatively inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I really was happy when I saw their innovation to extend your business through online shopping. Shopping online is a challenge for every business and a new thought, because it needs some kind of elasticity in selling a product to approach customer satisfaction, which are not easy for any company to achieve. However, what I faced in my case is really surprised me which to inform me that they cannot return the cost of the remaining days unless I have to provide them with some reports to prove my case. They asked me to give them a medical report to prove that was an accident happened in order to return the remaining cost. I told them that don't have any report, and my wife didn't need to go to any medical treatment. Simply, she fallen down and she didn't like to ski in Sölden because the snow was not as she expected, and told me I will ski in Italy as usual. If you allow me, this not acceptable excuse raised from this agency for following reasons: 1. The product is not new things that needs to be backed again or considered as a used item, in fact they are just a rent used equipment. 2. The opportunity to rent agin these equipment is too possible since we are still in the high season and the demand is still too high. 3. The equipment was not available in the shop that we should collect them from, instead, they advised us to go to the other branch, which is not in our agreement through the online shopping and in the same time it proves that these equipment will be immediately available for renting because of the demand. Therefore, following the rules are good but what about if the rules need to be modified and adjusted to meet the global competitions to exceed the customer expectations. My lesson learned is: I don't ever trust these companies through the online business (including this agency) unless they change their procedures to improve their methodology of handling the shopping through online and I am not recommend dealing with this company since they are not able to provide my expectation and improve the returning procedures while the other can do.

friendly stuff to give good recommendation & info on top of the ski. staff is patient, measured & tested ski equipment for us. also recommended ski school for beginners. rental was charged at reasonable rate, & flexible to extend.
