B	BIG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhelpful and rude staff in the ski shop. The board shop downstairs however is amazing and they are very friendly and helpful. The shop upstairs needs to value its customers and learn how to give good customer service without acting like their customers inconvenience them. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because of the downstairs snowboard shop, if I could rate that on its own I would give it 5 stars for sure.

I've lost a screw for my very archaic binding (10+ years) and those guys were very helpful, found it AND even didn't even wanted anything in return afterwards, so I needed to make them receive a tip for their efforts :-) Thank you so much, if every shop was so helpful for all the skiers and snowboarders!

Unfortunately for me, most of the reviews of this place focus on the rentals and not the service area. The waxing on my board was fine, but I honestly do not know what they did to my edges. If anything, they ended up slightly worse than before but also with a multitude of cosmetic defects left behind from the work that was done. As someone who tries to take good care of their equipment, it is just really frustrating. For a wax, this place is fine. For anything more intensive, take your shredstick somewhere else.

Finally, in Sport 2000, the service person replaced BOA lace in fifteen minutes for a couple of Euros. I didn't have to rent other boots, leave my gear for a night etc. Therefore I could continue a day of snowboarding with only a short break. Thank You!
