★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schön hier. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett das Frühstück ist super und es man hat viel Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sauber und alles funktioniert super. Die Sauna ist kostenlos und sehr schön und der Skikeller sehr geräumig. Ein Parkplatz findet man auch immer und die Lage ist sehr gut.Der Skilift am Schaufelberg ist in Laufnähe(ca.150m) und auch due Bushaltestelle zum Kitzensteinhorn ist sehr nah.Insgesamt ist es sehr empfehlenswert wir kommen gerne wieder.?
Very beautiful here. The service is very nice the breakfast is great and you have a lot of choice. The rooms are clean and everything works great. The sauna is free and very nice and the ski room very spacious. A parking lot you will always find and the location is very good. The ski lift on Schaufelberg is within walking distance (about 150m) and also due bus stop to Kitzensteinhorn is very close. Overall, it is highly recommended we will gladly wieder.?

Das Zimmer war vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Etwas klein aber alles da was man braucht. Super sauber und angenehme Aussicht. Rund um TOP
The stay was great, the family atmosphere is unbelievably inviting. The housekeeper and your daughter are very accommodating and exude an incredible calm and friendliness.
The room was perfectly satisfactory. A bit small but everything you need is there. Super clean and pleasant view. All about TOP

- через калитку на заднем дворе путь к подъёмнику занимает меньше минуты
- Через дом торговый центр с большим супермаркетом
- Расстояние до лучших ресторанов курорта минимальное

The best accommodation option in Kaprun.
- through the gate in the backyard, the path to the lift takes less than a minute
- Across the house is a shopping center with a large supermarket
- The distance to the best restaurants of the resort is minimal

Very noisy balcony on the street so you can not sleep well.. it is a little bit dusty..
